Greetings Wing V, and welcome to the first round of the all-new Star Wars
Trivia competition!
Just like last time, there will be 10-20 questions per round, with each
question worth one point. At the end of this comp., on March 4th, I will
tally the points and annouce the winner.
I've made up a text file with the first questions on it. You MUST use this
file to answer the questions. When submitting, only those with the subject
of "Star Wars Trivia: Round One" will be accepted(boy, I sound like the TO
there..). You will have ONE WEEK, or next Wednesday, to complete this
round. No round one submissions will be accepted after this date.

I'm beginning a Sadhe-exclusive recruiting
competition! That's right, any one of us can get a shiny new IS-BR for
recruiting the most pilots! Talk to your RL friends, offer to help cadets
on Daedalus with their training, offer reservists a new home in Sadhe! Or,
if you feel like spreading the "love", do some Wing recruiting as well!
Tell those friends, cadets, reservists, whoever about the fun we constantly
have in Wing V! Oh, and don't forget to leave out the drunken parties that
happen almost nightly!
Of course, however, this still needs to be approved by the Training Office.

For the benefit of those that didn't bother reading my last report, there is currently a ban on ALL new clones within the TIE Corps (this won't affect any existing clones). This also serves as a timely reminder that clones must be registered with the Flight Office. If you do have a clone and are unsure as to whether or not it's been registered, then just send me an email with all the relevant details (clone information will be kept confidential if desired).
Remember that illegal clones are treated as AoW violations.

Thanks to these who took the time to enter the competition, the winning submissions are once more of greater quality. The only disappointement is the low participation compared to the first edition, though more time was given and more advertisement was made. I guess December is not an as good as time for activty than during summer, but I can't change the date of the EH's Birthday ;) The next edition will take place during July, results to be released for the FC's Birthday. Rating of the submissions was made prior any correction, TIE and XWA submissions were reviewed and corrected by TAC/FA Striker, XvT ones by CA:TAC/VA Marcin Szydlowski, and no tug was harmed during the testing. See you next summer for the third edition of the competition !

ORATORS OF AIRLOCK# 21
Orator of the week:
As the squadron of mini-Spectre Advanced Missile Boats exit MD's room, they
begin to head back to the hangar bay and safety, but, all of a sudden the
entire hallway turns into a replica of the DS's tunnel run. The lead
squirrel orders the flight to hit the mini-SLAMs... praying that it will
through off the EUSG's aim. It works, their aim is thrown off. Giggling,
the squirrels look foward and see a swarm of 200 enemy fighters coming
towards them, they launch all their remaining ammo at the enemy fighters and
call for reinforcements. The lead squirrel's wingmate looks in its rearview
mirror and sees a hiddeous looking thing dressed in a nurse's uniform come
barreling out after them firing silly string at them. The lead squirrel
requests for ground reinforcements, too.
As the squadron is falling towards the deck, they see their reinforcements
arrive in the way of 120 Tie Praetors, 120 Tie Armagedons, 120 Phalanx
Interceptor Gunboats and a battalion of the 2nd Ferret Armored Division. All
hell breaks loose, and in the ensuing engagement the 12 missile boats were
recovered, some nasty bites were incured, 23 squirrel fighters were shot
down as well as two ferret casualities (they passed out from the rancid
orders in the hallway.) 79 monkey fighters were shot down and the rest
withdrew, as well as the bleeding MD. There were no deaths. THE END.

Other oratory this week:
MD, two words....you're dumb. While I can see the insanity(which there's a
lot of here in V) of a monkey starfighter, I still think that a PATCH for
one is entirely crazy..even for this wing!
So, just for your future reference, I probably won't even CONSIDER
downloading that.

Hehe:P Well I guesse they are part of the wing but since only about 1/2 o the leet knows about them, I'm not shure they wouldn't work in a battle:P And that battle has already been planed out and involves 2 wings. Any way once I am done with this battle or hand it off to some one else and teh patch is completed teh monkey fighter won't appear in any battles or free missions.
