WELCOME TO WING V, THE HAMMER'S HELLFIGHTERS!

SickMan`s personal shuttle lands in the main hangar at Wing V, the landing ramp hissed down and from the smoke emerged the small figure of Pip......the Imp dog, singing away to himself all happy, he cocked his leg a watered MD`s TIE advanced, then he scurried away to his quarters.
Next out of the shuttle came SickMan`s assistants all rubbing their heads and walking funny, first cam Skiny......the senile protocol droid "i do believe i have a bad head.........mind you back in my day we knew how to drink and...." then it was Iggy staggering and chittering unkown words followed by Colin the astro droid who for some reason could not travel in a straight line.
Finally the tall figure of SickMan emerged, a large grin on his face, one pocket full of credits and the other with disgarded bikini`s and a few lipstick marks on his face.......he said:-
" Damn my internet connection, good to be home though:) "

Great week everyone......apart from my connection dying ....ahem, lots of battle have been flown which is excellent.....keep it up and RECRUIT!
It`s getting near the end of the month so CMDR`s MSE`s due on Friday please, expect another load of comps next month plus a one that is quite different from the norm.
Also BIG NEWS, we are going head to head with Wing IV, yes after the petty squabbles there will be a comp.....details soon, and people let this mend some fences, now lets fly, recruit and fly some more........and i`ve put 3 days wages of mine in the Airlock#21 donation pot.......so drinksa are on me.
WC`s Own will be announced on Feb 1st.........so impress Sicky!

SADHE RECRUITING COMP
I'm beginning a Sadhe-exclusive recruiting
competition! That's right, any one of us can get a shiny new IS-BR for
recruiting the most pilots! Talk to your RL friends, offer to help cadets
on Daedalus with their training, offer reservists a new home in Sadhe! Or,
if you feel like spreading the "love", do some Wing recruiting as well!
Tell those friends, cadets, reservists, whoever about the fun we constantly
have in Wing V! Oh, and don't forget to leave out the drunken parties that
happen almost nightly!
Of course, however, this still needs to be approved by the Training Office.

EH Database shutting down in one week

This is seven day notice to announce that the EH Database will be taken off-line next Saturday. XO Astatine and the SGCOMs of the Fringe, Corporate Division, and Imperial Senate will each receive most of the data from the EH Database with the exception of message board posts.
This will in no way affect the TIE Corps, as it is not part of the EH Database. The TIE Corps website will remain online until GA Ronin sets up his server account and everything is transferred to him.

All bug reported so far have been corrected by the Tactical Office. The goal was to reach this objective for March 1st, it happened earlier than planned. This is only the second time since the Battle Center exists that all bug reports have been dealt with (first one was around november 2000 during my first tenure as TAC). So far 1,427 bug reports have been posted and dealt with. This doesn't mean all missions are bug free, keep writing bug reports if you encounter a real bug, when flying the latest version of a battle; but I guess there shouldn't be a lot, people would have noticed them through the years.
