RL hits hard for Wing V this week.......including myself, hence the late arrival of this Wing report. I have news that 2 of our CMDR`s are departing soon, 1 to pastures new and another to the reserves, plus a third CMDR stepping down due to RL but staying with his squadron.
So i will be looking for 3 new CMDR`s, if you think you can handle it apply to me if you have the requirements.
1. The rank of CM, or LCM for a suitable time and deserve the promotion to CM.
2. Passed the Squadron management course
3. A good line of credit with Airlock#21
4. Be able to Impress Sicky
5. Actually want to be a CMDR and is 100% commited to their squadron and wing.

Lastly we have lots of Comps, especially the important one against Wing IV......which lasts the whole of this month, winner announced march the 1st.

Wing IV and Wing V
The proposed comp it to run for the month of February, to settle a dispute between the 2 wings. Laserless scoring will be used as per normal in a TF comp, and the wing with the highest laserless score will be deemed the winner.
The judge will be COM/VA Proton
The highest scoring member of each wing will be awarded an IS-SW and each runner up will be awarded an IS-BW.
As well as the usual awards we have decided that should the winner of the comp be Wing IV we will receive on of CM Defender's Prank Monkeys and if Wing V win they will get one of CPT Bret's highest earning Ewoks, just to make it a bit more interesting ;)

FEBRUARY COMPS
WC SickMan`s famous TIE Defender "Dark Side of Aquarius" has been destroyed in battle, the lovable WC escaped from a firery death but is badly wounded. While he receives his bacta tank treatment members of Wing V have various tasks to do:
1) Write a story of SickMans battle ending in the destruction of his ship, why was his ship destroyed? was it espinonage? was it pilot error? or something else........something illusive?
Winner will recieve a IS-SR
2) SickMan needs a new ship, but what kind? a fighter? a freighter? pick new ship for the WC of Wing V, and think up a new name for it.
Think of a ship & name that best suits Sickys lifestyle and personality:)
Winner will recieve a IS-BR
3) Design a free mission or battle on any format of the events leading up and/or after the destruction of Sickys ship, it must contain all squadrons of Wing V, it could be a huge battle of Wing V or Sicky on one of his adventures & Wing V to the rescue:)

The Chief Game Master will be required to take a leading role in the Fringe, especially with the impending release of new platforms in the form of games such as Knights of the Old Republic, Star Wars Galaxies and Neverwinter Nights.

1. Experience in roleplaying, preferably in the online sphere.
2. Proven command experience, at the level of TIE Corps Wing Commander or similar.
3. An acceptable level of online presence.
4. The ability to work with a range of EH personnel.
5. Documentation of games played and games that you have game mastered.
6. Understanding of dice script.

1. Member of the Fringe.
2. Understanding of both the West End Games D6 and Wizards of the Coast D20 systems.

Overview
The position of Chancellor of the Senate (CHS) will offer a unique challenge to applicants. The Senate, as many of its members know, is in trouble and it will take a supremely skilled leader to lead the subgroup out of the wilderness. Applicants must address the following criteria:

ORATORS OF AIRLOCK# 21
Orator of the week:
Returning from the Castle Tarentum, CM Murkrow Defender climbs out of his
Tie Advanced and walks straight to his room, where he begins to write Pe's
weekly report. As Mojo, the monkey, scurries up around MD's body and onto
his shoulder, Lt. Bob comes in, covered from head to toe with red dots,
followed by his own monkey, whom was covered by... wookie feces. "What's
going on lieutenant?" "We were attacked by mini-T/Ds, I was hit by a lot of
thumbtacks and itching powder while he was covered with superglue and then
with warm wookie feces.
Launching a strike against Corsair's mini-fleet, MD's monkey fighters engage
the two picket ships, M/FRGs Freedom and Independence... that unfortunately
are being escorted by two wings of mini-Tie Praetors. As the battle wages
on, the GSPs Mercury and Apollo, and four more wings of Tie Praetors enter
the fray as well. While this is going on, a wing of Tie Phantoms, Spectre
Adv Missile Boats and Phalanx Interceptor Gunboats invade Pe's airspace.
The Phantoms cloak and begin to attack any and all defensive targets on the
way to MD's office, and after destroying MD's door with neutron torpedoes,
the Missile Boats and Gunboats enter to find a stunned MD and Lt. Bob, whom
are then peppered with thumbtacks and finally sprayed with hydrogen
peroxide. After this latest attack, the Phantoms and 'boats return to the
Samekh quarters to rearm, and reinforce the forces in reserve. Yet, the
hangar battle still rages on. with a complete monkey fighter-bomber squadron
already wiped out.

Other oratory this week:
As the pesky fighters enter the office, MD and LT Bob(and monkeys) jump under the desk and flip it to use it as a sheild. Once that is done, MD hits the alarm to fill the coridors of Pe squadron with 500 fully armed monkeys to take out any enemys and 4 wings of TIE/Preators with sillysting cannons and sensor suits that can detect the engine trails of the cloaked ships. Then the TIE Armagedons are sent out for a full crap/crustification job on the halls of Semekh's Baracks. Then MD justs up and fires quick busts of EEC to take out some of the fighters to make it easyer for his ambush to take out and then gave LT Bob a first aid kit and showed him how to use it. After the small force is eliminated, MD gets his fighter preped with pranking cannons and launchs with the rest of his monkey fleet and Nick's Otter fleet behind him adn join the battle in space.
