Wing IV News
1) As most of you might know by now, Zayin and Kaph Squadron will be facing off against each other starting tomorrow. The choosen mission is TIe-FREE 183. Completed pilot files should be sent to your Squadron Commander. All files are due in by the 14th January 2002.

2) Yod Squadron will be locked in mortal combat with Lamed Squadron The mission is TIE-FREE 181 and is due to your own Squadron CMDR by the 12th January. May the best squadron Win (/me pssssst Bret you still running you illegal gambling operation? :P)
3) Mascot Power Battles has entered its last phase. The TIE Division. The choosen battle is TIE-TC 125 (see attached) and is due into the judge (me) by midnight GMT 17th January. At the moment we are lying in 3rd place. The current standings are as follows

4) The championships of the Ulitmate Scramble were susposed to have taken part lastnight. However due to problems with connectivity etc, this has been postponed till next weekend. Just to let you know with the resignaiton of LCM Kitten-claw, our next best pilot COL Torres has kindly agreed to take his place. Good Luck COL :))))
5) The EH Anniversary awards have been announced, congrats to LT Philo, CPT Turr, LCM Kitten-claw, and myself who all rec'd Commendations of Loyalty. (Mal yours doesn't count it was for the DB, now shut it :P)

4) Clone Ban

For the benefit of those that didn't bother reading my last report, there is currently a ban on ALL new clones within the TIE Corps (this won't affect any existing clones). This also serves as a timely reminder that clones must be registered with the Flight Office. If you do have a clone and are unsure as to whether or not it's been registered, then just send me an email with all the relevant details (clone information will be kept confidential if desired).
Remember that illegal clones are treated as AoW violations.

6) FCHG Contest #2 Results

Happy Birthday Emperor's Hammer, and here are some new FCHG Battles for your glory ! The second edition of the FCHG Mission Creation Contest is now over, with the results hereby released; the winning submissions which become new official FCHG Battles are:

Thanks to these who took the time to enter the competition, the winning submissions are once more of greater quality. The only disappointement is the low participation compared to the first edition, though more time was given and more advertisement was made. I guess December is not an as good as time for activty than during summer, but I can't change the date of the EH's Birthday ;) The next edition will take place during July, results to be released for the FC's Birthday. Rating of the submissions was made prior any correction, TIE and XWA submissions were reviewed and corrected by TAC/FA Striker, XvT ones by CA:TAC/VA Marcin Szydlowski, and no tug was harmed during the testing. See you next summer for the third edition of the competition !
