1. A new Rage squadron CMDR is needed to take my place since I was promoted. The following is a brief list of what applicants should have:

About 2 months as Lt. Commander

DB rank of Acolyte and member of a house/clan

Good activity record with XWA abilities

Good e-mail response time

Some command experience (FL, previous CMDR)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Recruitment campaign is coming next week. I do not know what medals will be awarded in addition to the MoI, but more details will come later. The basics is that it is a competition to recruit people into Wing XVIII ONLY. No awards will be given except the MoI for those who recruit to other wings. The first, second, and third place winners will get an extra surprise and others will get other medals based on the number of people recruited.

3. Pilots are wanted to save Rage and Spectre Squadrons from closing down. If you are interested, contact your commander and he/she will contact me. No more than 2 members from other squadrons are needed to transfer. Please notfiy your commander by Friday, March 8th.

4. A banner competition and fiction competition will be coming soon. The banner competition is for a new Wing XVIII banner. The fiction competition will be later in the month and more details will follow.

5. X-Wing Alliance is the new gaming platform for the wing. If you are recruiting, only recruit from Charlie and Delta companies. Though the designation is SP-XWA, MP players are also welcome in the wing.

6. Graphics people and writers are wanted for the recruitment campaign. If you have abilities in creating cool banners and posters for recruitment or can write semi-fiction stories depicting us as the greatest wing, notify me. Graphics should be no bigger than 800x600 and the stories should be no more than 1.5 pages.
