I know it is time for me to actually write a report. Well here it is :)
This letter won't include any great news, just mainly my objectives and ideas that I would like to achieve as WC of Wing XV

But let me congratulate all the new CMDRs on the Vanguard, and those who got their promotions.

Alright lets continue with some more serious things.

1) CMDR reports:
I would like to ask all the CMDRs to send in their reports on Thursday every week. Also, MSEs should be sent to me on the last day of every month.

2) WC reports:
In this issue I would like to follow MAJ Strahd so only the CMDRs will get my report and they will have to forward it to their pilots. As MAJ Strahd already noted and I complietly agree with him. I want you to get talking to your squadrons. I want the most squadron interaction that there can be.

3) We are the ASF:
As the title of this section says. "WE ARE THE ASF". So I would like to see at least some sort of participation in MP events. Maybe once or twice a month.

4) Citations:
I noticed that some of the squadrons don't even have any citations. I know we are a MP ship but if you don't play missions nor do you attend MP events then why are you here? If you don't participate in MP events then people please get some citations for your squadron. Atleast play the XWA battles. I don't expect you to compliete all XWA battles in a week but maybe one every two weeks would be nice.

5) Competition:
I have a nice competition in mind. It will be a bimonthly competition and it will have mostly the same rules as the SC, well you could call it a mini SC. I'll give you more details on it when RA Hawk and I clear out the whole thing :)

Well I think that is all. If you have any ideas then first contact your commanders to see what he can do. If it is something your CMDR can't help with then he will contact me on the subject and we'll se what we can do.
