Greetings Wing VI and beyond!
HEADLINE OF THE WEEK!
WING VI IS NO LONGER THE SMALLEST SOV WING! TIED WITH WING IV!!!

Jesseb whistled as he walked down the hallway to the Wing VI Pub and Bar,
towel in hand, ready for a dip in the brand new pool. Stopping for a quick
drink, he grinned inwardly at how clean the Pub looked. Just last night was
the first Tav Night of Wing VI, with drinks on CM Pavz. LC Firebird also led
the Silver Saber forces in ImpStorm II to total victory...it was a wet night
in there...but it was clean already.
"It's great having these SLs and new LTs around."
He walked into the Pool Room, and laughed since we were the only wing to have
one. He was happy until he realized what he was about to dive into...
The Wing had used the pool...for when they had enough alcohol...or, wanted to
make room for more...going to the loudspeaker he paged the SLs and LTs to
start draining the pool...
Time to recruit some more pilots...we're growning...even with Wing IV! Watch
out SOV!

WING COMMANDER'S ORDERS (AND THE NEWS YOU LIKE TO READ)-
The FCHG Race will begin TODAY! The official rules are:
1 point for every mission flown
2 points for every mission high score
2 points x # of missions in the battle for every battle high score
There are modified rules for Zeta. Contact ME for those details.
The ENDING DATE is AUGUST 8th at MIDNIGHT!
As of 12:07 EST: 360 missions were flown for the competition, and 30 high
scores made. Who and what squadron is going to win??
Koph is definately making waves this week on the Sov and within the TC as a
whole. First, they ranked 2nd in the Psi Invitation Competition, and they
move on to the third and final round, against Yod and Eta. Good Luck Koph!
Also, Koph is going to competing against Omega Squadron! Going to be tough,
but we got a lot hanging on the line, namely, pride. =)
They have one more month as WC's Own...which squadron will be next...

Pilots of Wing VI:
I was the highest ranking member of Task Force Silver Saber who went
to ImpStorm today, so they put me in charge :P
Tav CMDR, CM Pavz flew our Interdictor vs. Task Force Doom's
Lancer Frigate. Using some great tactics from Koph's CPT Nikolai
Boshevki, Pavz was able to destroy the L/FRG with ease and secure
another victory for the Sov! Great work, you two!
In related news, tonight is Tav night in the cantina [#wingvi]... Be sure to
ask
the bartender to put your drink on CM Pavz' tab ;)
