OK which one of you jokers lock me in the storage hold, come on own up before i put the whole ship on latrine duty. Anyway the reason i haven't been around is that my computer went in the shop after my cd drive went bang and to be frank i had no money to replace it with summer and beer floating about, So i hope none got anything against me for not stepping down but i love this job and no one will chuck me out.
So we the top ship in numbers and morale and have the best CMDRs and pilots in the fleet, with so much going on its going hell to get on top of things but Ender about and he's the man so lets get on with this report.

Iv pick up a small blip of books moving through sector 13 j their called Sharpe and you must get the series starting with Sharpe Tiger and finishing with Sharpe Devil for they are the best read one person could ever have and they even made some in to a TV series anyway im sure all sick of me whacking on about Bernard Cornwell books.

Game Of The Week

Once again i bring this section and in hopes that you all will enjoy and love my great section. The game of the week section brings us a review and previews of new games from star Wars to Star Trek to Fallout and all the classics so lets get in to it and have our self's a ball.

Baldur's Gate II DvD Edition developed by Interplay, The sequel to one of the most definitive RPGs ever the great Baldur's Gate, this in many ways simply a better looking version. Nevertheless RPG fans had waited so long for something juicy to sink their teeth into that they fell upon BG II like piranhas. With up to 250 hours of gameplay its certainly worth taking some time off from your normal life to enjoy it. With the DvD version there's no messing about with cd swapping and finding that one has slipped down the back of the heater becuase everything is neatly fitted onto the one DVD. The DVD also contains Heart of winter, so have fn and enjoy a month of darkness infront of computer pilots.

LCM Blair Vallyn COM's Protector of June

Congratulations LCM Blair Vallyn on becoming this month's COM's Protector. Besides the Palpatine's Crescent you are also entitled to using COM's Protector in your IDLine. 8 battles, 3 missions and 14 LoCs in just the last month alone make LCM B.Vallyn very well qualified. But besides that he's been a great A-CMDR in his CMDR's absence and has helped setting up the whole EIM competition, for which he also created a mission - great work, great to have you on board:)

New Vanguard Newspaper released!

Due to the fantastic efforts of LT Leeson, our new Chief Edittor, we were able to release the new edition of the Vanguard, our ship's newspaper. I advice you all to go and read it. The next edition is planned to be released 1 month from now, so if you have any articles, adds, or whatever you'd like to add to it - start sending them in to LT leeson and me. Just remember that this is set in the SW universe, not ours;) The Vanguard will be in the EH Newsletter as well so your work will be for the whole fleet to read or see. (on that note, if you see your article uncreditted in the paper - mail me so i can add you.)
On another note, the ViB pages have been updated and now include the propper roster and rules etc.

Congratulations to CPT Strahd, LCM Da'Ger, CM D.Kast, LT B.Vallyn and LT J.Glorick on receiving a PC and LCM IceMan, CM Schitzo on receiving a ISM of Python and Echo for their activities in June. We saw a lot of high action this month and you guys surely make me proud.:)
More medals are still in process or are awaiting CMDRs to submit their Monthly Squadron Evaluations, do don't worry too much if your name isn't among these first.
PS. I myself finally got a MoT :) *cheers for himself a bit too*

Scorpion CMDR back from Leave, Wasp vs Scorp Comp!

I got my computer up and running again! Wheee! :P
Now, you peeps need to get flying in the Scorp- Wasp comp! Only got 1 submission this far! If you have forgotten the details, here they are again:
"The first part will be SP. Pilots should fly FREE-XWA #13 and FREE-XvT #34. These should be completed in a two week period. Scores will be recorded by the CMDRs, with the winner in each category being determined by all scores added together and divided by the number of pilots who submitted PLT files for them. The second part will be MP, and will also occur over two weeks. Matches are to be arranged by individual pilots, and all scores should be sent to both CMDRs. The winning squad in this section will be determined by the overall win loss record for the Squad. Whichever squad wins two out of the three sections wins the competition."

Sabacc Online

After several days of endless coding, I've finally completed the newest EHNet.org attraction: Sabacc Online! For those of you who aren't familiar with Sabacc, it's a mixture of poker, blackjack and the Star Wars Universe, and is the game in which Lando Calrissian had lost the Millenium Falcon to Han Solo. If you don't know how to play, the rules are on the site, and even if you do know, I suggest you look through them before playing. Sector Rangers and the Imperial Security Bureau

As Security Officer I'd like to announce the disbanding of the Sector Rangers, and like the phoenix, rising from the ashes of the Sector Rangers comes the Imperial Security Bureau, a badly needed beginning to a well-deserved end.

From veritable rubble and disorganization into an epitome of uniform and order, the ISB is here to serve you and the entire Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet, as an effective investigative/reporting agency. I'm sure many of you worry that the ISB is the same thing that the Sector Rangers were, but I assure you this is not true. Unlike the Sector Rangers, the ISB's goal is to report, not to act upon violations of the AoWs and CoCs.

We aren't the police, and wont try to pretend to be. Merely, if we see a violation of Imperial law, it is reported and documented and sent to the Security Office. I sincerely hope you don't automatically look down on the ISB as the bastard son of the SRs, because I would like to put everything the SRs were or stood for behind us. The ISB is just a way to help keep the trouble makers out of the fleet, discourage ill behavior and create a more enjoyable experience for everyone. Membership in the ISB will be very selective, due to the requirement that the organization must remain small in numbers at this present time; so we are seeking only the best and brightest.

Battle For Valkier Results

Although a little late in being announced, the full results from Tuesday night's Battle for Valkier can be found by clicking here. In summary, ships from TF Flaming Arrow completely crushed the opposing Silver Saber forces, for whom the most notable loss was the Regulator, an ImpStar Deuce. TF Flaming Arrow will take control of Valkier at the end of Turn IV.

In other ImpStorm news, TF Doom has captured two more planets: Strall and Golst. Including Firixon, this brings their total up to 3 held worlds.

The battle was a success, with a great turnout (the highest number of people was about 57). Many thanks to all those who attended, and helped. My apologies to those of you who didn't get the opportunity to fly, but there will be more chances in the very near future :)
