"What's with you, Snip?" Proton asked, taking a break from his war games planning vs. Wing II.
"Wheeee-oooo-booooooop-BREEEEE!!!" the droid burst out.
"Aaaaah, yes, the Sovereign's March IWATS blowout," Proton nodded. "Yes, Snippy, I've been watching their progress. Those kids out there in our squadrons are burning up the data books, passing IWATS courses day and night. It's very impressive."
Proton smirked at his loyal droid and added, "I'm also even more impressed now with my wise decision to appoint you as Wing V "mother superior" over this educational scoring race."
Snippy spat out a bolt of energy that accidentially caught the caged SL Solyent Green in the foot, causing the pathetic prisoner to howl in agony.
"Booop ... oops," Snippy apologized.

WING NEWS AND STATUS
- Upcoming major competitions planned: April, vs. Wing II; May, vs. Wing VI; June, Wing I.
- Sadhe vs Sigma of Wing II, flying TC TIE Battle 44. Sigma was victorious but the match was well fought by Sadhe. LCM Dae Cam picked up the Iron Star-Bronze Wings for placing as Sadhe's top scorer.
- SSSD Sovereign IWATS race. The Sov pilot with the most IWATS graduations this month wins! Look at all those busy students in the Wing V ready room!
- Sadhe hosted its first multiplayer event on Sunday, the "Sadhe Sunday Sizzle." LC Sickman reports there was a "brief but explosive" 2x2 match, featuring three Sadhe pilots and CM RedTaz of Mem.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Imperial Historical Society introduced. However, it is being savaged on a flag officers mailing list for being a waste of time, too much like the INPR system.
- FM/LT Alexandros/Aylin 2-1 this week presented a well-thought, intriguing idea for the EH to create "enemies" to give our combat more "realism" and meaning. I will post it to the Wing V list separately to give it wider distribution. It already has gone on to the Command Staff.
