I am glad to see that more people have been flying, keep up the good work. Although I really would like to see more of you on IRC (#wingxiv) as in the past 3 days I have been in there and only 1 maybe two of us are there. I feel that talking on IRC is very important as it gives us the opportunity to meet each other and discuss things such as future comps and multiplayer activity.

Again I would like to see an increase in the amount of multiplayer activity as it has been very low so far. CMDRs encourage your pilots to fly, if they are not sure how to show them or ask me to do it for you :)

CMDRs, FLs and FMs ! We need more pilots ! I want every squadron to have at least 10 pilots, this means allot of recruitment. But also this means that we have a more active wing and so the work involved in recruiting pays off :)

SLs ! I am glad to see that nearly all SLs have been promoted to LT, I am very pleased to see this ! CMDRs and FL encourage any pilots in your squadron who is a SL to fly so that we may promote him :)
