XvT BSF Pilot forms complete

After a long wait, the X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter BSF forms that allow you to upload an XvT pilot file is now up and running! They're not ready for Balance of Power, though.

Removal Request Form

Now when you want to remove that AWOL pilot or you get a request for your pilot to transfer to the reserves, you can use the online Removal Request Form. The form is still rather new, so if you notice any bugs or problems, please report them to Sector Admiral Kawolski.

XO/SA Compton resigns, FSE/SA Kawolski new XO

With today marking his two-year anniversary of holding the position of Executive Officer, Sector Admiral Compton has announced his resignation and is stepping down from his position.
As posted in NL #70:
I hereby step down as Executive Officer of the Emperor's Hammer Strike Fleet. That is the hardest sentence I've ever had to type in my life. It's been a fun ride, but it's been a long one, and I simply don't have the time that this position needs anymore. I really wish I did, but it wouldn't be fair to you, the members of the Emperor's Hammer, if I were to remain as XO any longer; you deserve more than I can give. I can only hope that you feel the years I've devoted to the Fleet as XO have been good ones, and I sincerely hope the EH Territories are an even better place now than they were two years ago.
Sector Admiral Kawolski has also officially been named the new Executive Officer today! You can see the new XO Homepage, along with the rest of Compton's letter, at: http://www.kawolski.com
A Command Attaché (CA:XO) has already been selected: Vice Admiral Slade, who has previously served as CA:TAC and COM of the DGN Lichtor V and has been instrumental in creating many of the graphics and banners you see throughout the fleet, the tiecorps.org layout graphics, and the new XO site graphics.
More announcements, as well as a formal introduction, are to come!

The Lost Clan, Alvaak, has seen an interesting progression in its development. Those who have investigated their history, know that this band of Dark Jedi serve as the personal Clansmen and trained warriors of the EH Fleet Commander, be they bodyguards or escort pilots.
This unique status of the Clan is by no means changing, even as Primarch / Grand Admiral Ronin has relinquished the position of Alvaak Consul and transferred it to Sith Battlemaster Keiran Idanian. While the Alvaak Consul will run the daily operations of the Clan in combination with its Proconsul, be it known that I have conferred Primarch Ronin the title of "Overlord of Alvaak" in reflection of his retained reign over the Clan and its existing leadership.
Most fittingly included here as well, Primarch Ronin will be honoured today . . . A man who was one of the first to ever sit on the Dark Council, the original Headmaster of the Shadow Academy, and an author of the original Dark Side Compendium, who has served as Consul of Alvaak in recent years.
While he has achieved the rank of Dark Jedi Primarch through his natural and immense growth in the Dark Side, recent recommendations of several individuals have made me of the opinion that a more tangible representation of his contributions is warranted. I am therefore presenting Primarch Ronin with the Silver Sash . . . "The second-highest Brotherhood Award in existence, it is a great honour for any Dark Jedi. Those who receive it may wear it with their formal robes, telling anyone who sees them that they are an important figure." Congratulations. :)

>The Avenger Thursday Night Training competitions, open to the fleet and the DB, are being held on the IRC channel #avenger from 8pm-11pm EST for both XVT-XWA. LoCs to winners, as is the DFC to the overall winner. JK too? Not yet.
