LCM Red Fox (Yod) has been awarded a Commendation of Bravery!
LT Akhil Thantos (Kaph) was awarded an Imperial Security Medal, that I neglected to mention in my report last week :p

WING NEWS:

1) Teth Squadron has officially defeated the Elite Praetorian Squadron, in their TIE Fighter competition. Teth solidly beat them, with an average about 5K higher than Prae's. I'll send results to the wing in a bit.

2) For competitions, there's the Sov IWATS Comp, the Wing IV Fiction Comp, and Wing IV's TIE Fighter comp vs. Wing I. I'll send details in a later message.

For the IWATS comp, Zayin's completed 10 courses and Yod's done 3. CM Xander Drax has done 7 himself, which may still be best on the Sovereign :)

3) For the March Wing Commander's Own Award (I got the award from GN Wolly ;), I will award it to the squadron that has the best participation in the Wing IV vs. Wing I competition. If two squads have a percentage within 5% of each other, the squadron that did the most IWATS courses will win it :)

4) CMDR/MAJ Phoenix Berkana has returned from leave (and will be submitting his Cheth MSE soon :p) - Welcome back! CMDR/CPT Bret K'thraz apparently is still having computer problems :\

SHIP/FLEET NEWS:

1) From the desk of Tactical Officer AD Star Lion, Tactical Order #001:

Recently, it has come to my attention that pilots have been simply playing 5/6 of a battle (or X-1/X) and submitting it, saying they skipped the last mission. According with the Tactical Manual, i have issued Tactical Order #001.

Persons having skipped a mission in a battle MUST fill out a legitimate bug report on that battle in order to receive credit for that battle.
If the Tactical Office discovers you are NOT doing so, the BSF's in question will be removed from your record, irregardless of previously completed entries for said battle.

You may not skip more than one mission. You may NOT skip Free Missions. You may NOT skip a mission just because you do not want to fly it.

Iif you are skipping missions on a regular basis, forcing the Tactical Officer to have to bring up your record again and again to remove battles you didn't fully complete, you will be sent to the HCI on charges of cheating, which results in many steep punishments.

We understand mistakes happen, but repeat offenders who feel they can abuse the system will face the consequences.
