WING IV NEWS:
A very good week, a bit quiet...
1) Wing IV! Remember Squadron League Round 10 ends on July 15th, so be sure
to fly TC-TIE 155 (ATTACHED) ASAP (there's a reason for that) and send it to
me, with your CMDR CC:ed. This should be your #1 priority.
2) The reason you need to fly that right away, is because starting Monday,
Yod, Kaph and Teth Squadrons will be engaging in combat with the Elite
Praetorian Squadron. Their CMDRs have already been briefed and I'll email
you all further on the 10th.
3) Our second current competition, Wing IV Tag Team Competition Round 4
continues until the 15th as well. Teth/Yod & Kaph/Lamed face off, flying
FREE-TIE 114 (ATTACHED). Get to work and follow the same instructions as
above.
4) There will be a Wing IV IRC Meeting on Sunday afternoon at 5:00 PM EST.
Please plan to attend! It will be held in #Wing_IV, on the Undernet.

SHIP/FLEET NEWS:
1) Just announced this morning at the EH Meeting!
(@GA_Ronin) first and foremost...my decision for new FO and Prex of the CD
(@GA_Ronin) the new Eh Flight Officer was selected with input from the XO
and ALOT of hard work by Kawolski
(@GA_Ronin) including 3 in depth interviews...
(@GA_Ronin) the short list was Pryum, Sarris and Holm...the new FO has been
selected:
(@GA_Ronin) CA:FO/VA Sarriss
(@GA_Ronin): she has great ideas for FO and also is/was CA:FO
(@GA_Ronin): ok...the new Prex of the CD:
(@GA_Ronin): Coursca (lord help us all...:)
So, we have our new FO, VA Sarris and the new PREX of the Corporate Division
is RA Courusca. (I know everyone is as relieved as I am that Minkus isn't
leaving Wing IV!)
2) Allright- the Battle of the Titans between the EH and the United Pilots
Alliance started last night, but you can still participate for the many
medals.. www.zone.com XWing Alliance>Skirmishes Rooms #31-50 You get two
LoCs per win, and there are other medals as well- The EH is currently
losing.. but that can easily be turned around. It started last night, and
ends Monday, July 10th at 5 am EST.

4) Fleet Admiral Manesh, the Lord Ambassador and Poll-Boy has been awarded
the Imperial Cross medal.
5) FO-for-a-short-while Nighthawk was awarded the Order of the Renegade
medal.
6) COO/AD Havoc has been awarded the Grand Order of the Empire medal.
7) Because of the high amount of traffic the TIE Corps homepage receives and
the massive usage the TIE Corps database gets out of its thousands of
visitors a day, the various databases are slowly being transferred to run
off its own high-speed server.
8) The TIE Corps database shows battles people have created on their
personnel profiles (except those battles that have been designed by multiple
authors). If your battles or free missions aren't being shown on your
profile, please report it to High Admiral Kawolski
