WING NEWS:
1) Well, I am back from leave and caught up on my email finally (246 new
takes a while to view!!). My "vacation" was great fun, and I'm ready to take
over again as Wing Commander. I'd like to thank MAJ Reaper greatly for
standing in as Acting-Wing Commander; Reaper, you were a lifesaver!
I'll be getting the webpages up to date, emails answered, BSFs submitted,
MWE written, etc today.
2) In Wing Commander News, I've been Wing Commander of Wing IV for 1 year
now, as of the 5th! I like to think the wing has come a very long way since
then. Membership is 1 higher than when I took over (39), but so much more
has happened since then, and I'm very happy with how things are going.
3) In Important Competition News, Squadron League Round 11 was announced, as
MAJ Reaper informed you. TC-TIE 77 (attached) should be flown and sent to
myself and your CMDR, by the 15th of August!
4) In Fiction News, PLEASE visit the Wing IV Message Board at

CPT Jonathan's Run-On Story. Scroll down a ways until you get until "Revised
Run-on" posts.
5) In Webpage News, Yod Squadron's new/updated page is available for viewing

you, LCM Gavin Dahl for serving as A-CMDR there.

CMDR/CPT Hello (Zayin) has gone on leave for this next week. Zayin's
Acting-CMDR is CM Slothman.
CMDR/MAJ Mortu (Lamed) has gone on leave due to computer problems. His
Acting-CMDR is CPT David.

7) CPT Jonathan (Yod) has a number of competitions lined up for Yod
Squadron- The Yod vs Zayin Citation Comp will end on August 28. The Yod vs
Ghost competition was announced yesterday. TC XWA 8 will be flown by the
first for that by August 18.

2) Yes, it's finally been announced! Upon return from his well deserved
leave, RA Bargon was appointed NAVCOM! He is a fine and highly experienced
officer, who will finally take control of the Naval Corps and make it into a

3) The EH had a competition with the Division Stormwind on Saturday,
Emperors Hammer (EH), Rebel Squadrons (RS), Intruder Wing (IW), Society of
Shadows (SoH), Imperial Order(IO) and the Galatic Powers League (GP) were
all invited. It was an XWA, XvT, JK and TIE Competition.
4) Former Flight Member and Science Office Assistant Major Kermee has been
promoted to be the new Science Officer holding the rank of Rear Admiral!
5) Our Flight Officer, Sarriss went on emergency leave, and will return on
August 9th.
