Wing Commander Rant

 

Welcome back,

MAJ Xandar Drax has been made Wing XIX WC.  Congrats.  As such, Talon Squadron is looking for a new CMDR. Applications should be sent to me at hawkofstorms@yahoo.com and CC RA TK-2107 at TK2107@tiecorps.org. There is no deadline, but if you are serious about the job, then apply ASAP. Requirements are as follows:

 

Must have moderate to high activity and be able to motivate the squadron.
Must have completed IWATS SM/3 Course
Must be familiar with all TIE Corps protocals, standing orders, EH Bylaws, etc
Must be able to respond to emails in a timely fashion, preferably within 24 hours.
Ability to work with a wide variety of people, including your subordinates, fellow CMDRs, and the flag officers.
Must be a LT or higher
Must be in DB (or waiting to be added to the database)

Include in your applications any ideas you think you could implement in Talon Squadron to maintain activity and morale. Include anything else that you think would help your case. Be creative.

I am still taking applications for Wing XX XO. Send applications to me and CC TK-2107. In the applications, tell me your plans for the wing. Tell me about your past leadership experience (TC or otherwise) and come up with anything original that you think could help your case. The Wing XO helps me out (do my laundry), and also runs to the wing when I’m on leave.
