Spectre CMDR is closed to applications, it should be closing shortly. This doesn't mean our Wing is stagnating, it just means I want to consolidate the people we have under our current great CMDRs until a new CMDR and FLs can be prepared to reopen a squadron. So, if that sounds like a challenge for you, start learning all you can from your CMDR and showing yourself to be an active pilot and leader.
Failure to Impress has ended with a number of last minute entries, results should be out shortly, thanks to all who participated, you did well!
I have made my CoL reccomendations to Khaen and Davi, and I must say, it was a difficult choice! Thanks to all of you for being such great pilots and making the decision so difficult.
The first week of August has been a slow one guys. I know we have a lot of people on leave, but let's try to pick things up this week.
Please note that I have awarded CPT Flelm an additional 5 points in the Top Gun competition for his creation of a patch that will allow TIE95 to work in WinXP after the DX 9.0b upgrade. For details, see the SCO report. I felt it was worth 5 points since it will keep many people in the TC flying where they would not, himself included =).
Finally, a new Wing XVIII site using SquadFirst+ will be up as soon as I get done troubleshooting it with Ari, I think I broke something badly this time...
