We lost two pilots last week, more are in danger of being AWOL’ed.
You might consider it a reprieve that the FO has resigned, as it will be some time before my request to close Wing V can be considered.
CLOSE WING V?!?!
Yes that’s right. As I stated a couple of weeks ago...if our numbers drop to 15 pilots or below I have no choice but to close one squadron, and that would leave us with only two...and therefore
below the minimum possible requirements for being a wing.
Several of us have been attempting to recruit, and in fact two MOI medals were awarded this week for successful recruiting. However, it’s not enough to just recruit, the pilots that are
recruited should be active, at least in email.
We have three SL’s that have done NOTHING since they joined the wing.
One of them has been an SL for a year. I however heard that he had completed several battles, but he has yet to submit anything or even respond to emails from his commander.
