News...
Let's see...news...news...oh yes, Locke's back, so my reign of terror is officially over. and there was much rejoicing...yay! . You know it's funny, someone did that at work the other day and i was the ONLY one out of like 100 people that heard it that understood...what is this world coming to? Monty Python should be tought in elementary schools! It's that vital to everyone's life...anyways, enough of my rant and on with the report...
Ok, so I know we're heading into the 'holiday season' and it's generally hellish for everyone, family to see, shopping to do, and if you're in the same line of work as i am, they're bitching at you that you need to be more available to work...and i'm more than sympathetic. If you need some time off, fine! But make sure you tell your superior (your CMDR, or me, or Locke) that you're going on leave so we dont AWOL you. If you have a report to write..CMDRs...and you know you'll be out of town, tell me so i dont yell at you! Or even better yet, have your XO (you all have XOs..dont you?) write it for you!
On the topic of reports, once again i'll send a reminder that while reports do suck horridly, they ARE a vial part of this club and we all have to do them. So please, CMDRs, have your reports to me by Friday, so i can send my wing one on Saturday. SquadXOs (if there's any other than tygra...) make sure your XO report is in by Thursday so your CMDR can write theirs on Friday...k? :)
So yeah things were pretty dead this week...saw a little flying from Phantom, Reese was trying to fly but EHBL decided it didnt want to cooperate. The SCO's helping him sort that out. Reminder as well, we've got another 6 weeks before EHBL becomes the absolute requirement, so if you have EHBL issues get them sorted now!
There's currently a lot of comps running, lots of opportunities for you to bag some medals! I finally got a challenge, but only one! I want mooorrrrreeeeee!!!!! I WANT to give you guys medals, but you have to take the initiatve and try and earn them! Current wing comps listed below...

Submit to the EHNL: Pilot who submits the most to the next EHNL wins an IS-BR! At this point if you submit ONE thing you'll win since NO ONE'S sent anything in...
Wing XI Pilot of the Month Comp: The pilot who flies the most, and is overall most active for each week will be awarded one point. The pilot with the most points for each month will receive an IS-SW. If there is a tie, both pilots will get an IS-SW. This will continue each month until January.
Annnnd...this week's pilot of the week is....CPT Aeolus! Pretty much the only pilot to have actually flown this week...congrats Aeo!
