Wing Commander’s Report #15 for the week ending 12/27/03
--Wing News--
XvT WoW Finished, a very very very good showing for Alec and Zoron, who gave
AES a run for their money, currently XWA WoW is on right now, I reccomend
you all give it a shot, I flew a bit today and not a lot of the good people
seem to have gotten there yet, gl & hf. On an other note, my power source
on my puter is dying + I'm out of town for a little while so I won't be
online for a few days, PLEASE DO NOT have a party in my office, this
especialy goes for the CMDRs who have been known to do this, I have yet to
have a new lock installed so Drax might just have the keys...
Other than that, its been a pretty slow week, but an ok week for the X-mas
week, hopefully things will come back to life, and for that I reccomend that
you all report in to you're CMDRs when you return from you're Festive
Activities.

CR RACE: Most CR gain at the end of the month wins (IE: Fly a lot of MP)
RECRUITMENT COMP: The most people you bring into the wing, the better chance

IWATS RACE: Most IWATS courses done gets an IS-SR, 2nd most BR

--Vanguard standing orders--
The Standing orders will remain in effect until further notice, I will
inform you if there are any changes.
Standing Order #1: (RL) Real Life first!
Of course the first and foremost thing is RL. It is highly recommended to
take all RL matters first and before all ship functions, unless you just
don't care. I would like to enforce this order to all members. But please be
reminded that you should inform your superiors of any situation so that we
can count you on LOA, and don't forget to mark your profile stating your on
Leave. Even if your only going to be on leave for 2 days, please mark your
absence. This way if it takes longer than we know where you are and won't
count you as MIA/AWOL.
Standing Order #2: Reports
I expect a Squadron report every week from every Commander on Friday and
Squadron MSE's are due on the 1st unless I am told in advance of a RL
situation that prevents you from sending one in on time but I do expect it
when you return from leave. This will get you removed from command
immediately. They must also be uploaded to the database.
Standing Order #3: AWOL's
All AWOL requests must be approved by the WC and the COM before sending them
in to the FO. This is not to resurp your command it is to give us the chance
of emailing the pilots personally to try and find out their situations and
give them one last chance to get back to active status.

Good week, but a slower week, XWA WoW is on now so if you get the chance,
fly in it. Only a few days left before the end of the month, so get those
submissions for all those comps... Other than that, enjoy the rest of the
