Wing Commander's thoughts.

Greetings in this cold, snowing, windy, and frozing day. But who cares? We are in space anyway :P Okay, take your seats pilots, time to begin.

Crew status. Actual data says we stands at 45 Wing members. Not bad at all when looking on a fleet as a whole. AWOL check throw inactive pilots, so now our crew is clarify and ready for an action, right? :-)

Training officer has not been appointed yet, so all competitions have to wait, except those currently runing, and I mean here Asp vs Viper.

Again I remind you about chain of command. As for pilot files, if you're FM/FL you send them to CMDR, CMDRs send own files to me. There is no point to bother with BSFs anyone outside the wing or someone else then your CMDR. Remember also that all Commanders have 2 days for processing pilot files. Another thing connected with chain of command are transfers. The pocedure should look as follow: If you want to transfer, you let know about it to your CMDR, WC and COM with clear reasons why. Of course the transfer can be denied by them. But if they agree, then you send a a message to your future COM/WC/CMDR if they accept it as well, then the case goes to Flight Office for approval. That is for your information and for anyone who ask you about the procedures. I don't want to be suprise with some transfer deny from Flight Office nor hear that someone from Wing XIV doesn't know the procedures. Again, remeber, that not knowing the rules is not an excuse.

Lil change in #ehcoc events. I think you already noticed that matches on JK and JK2 platofrms are not allowed anymore, bot doesn't work anymore for them. To all who plays JK online: #obelisk is proper place I guess. I noticed that not many of you take part in ORW. I saw there Phantom, Gist and Archon only. Why is that? I expect more MP activity guys and gals, not only on #ehcoc, but also in other comps between EH and other Clubs, like WoW and ORW.

Recently I had some probs with my mail server account, and I prolly didn't get all mail you sent me, so sorry if you haven't resived my answer on all questions. Now when something will be down again, I have alternative addy: Loona_elf@yahoo.com (don't laugh! :P ) but pls use it only with important things when my normal addy: tissaya_argat@go2.pl would not work.

1. New CMDR of elite Praetorian squadron has been appointed - CPT Hunter

4. I'm gladd to say that almost all squadrons earned some citations in this week, remember our goal is to hit 50 in every squad (minimum ;P) and Diamondback 300 hehe that's a price to pay for beeing unofficial elite guys :P
5. Next great thing is that few pilots from our Wing decided to take part in Xunami Wings Competition, which eans more CAB battles to complete in future hehe. keep it up guys and Phantom :P

Orders:

Any news here :P As I always say : one battle per week or one victory in MP comp is a MINIMUM of demanding activity. Now reapet what I just said 100 times, laud and sowly, with understanding :P

Since AD Kerrigan resigned as TO, we are unable to get approval for any comp, so take part in already running. Asp and Viper have something to do. Except that you have two others comps to participate: Xunami Wings and VA Darksaber gfx contest.

I would like you to send also submissions to News Letter. That's next option of activity. So we have here all, missions creation, graphics and writing stuff such as fictions, interviews or articles. Your submissions send to SA Astatine addy, which is: jpboyce@indigo.net.au title your mail : NL submission.

And last but not least thing. Don't forget about TC and EH meetings. EH: Every saturday at 12 EST (5 p.m GMT) on #emperor's_hammer channel, and on sunday we have TC meeting at 4 p.m EST (9 p.m GMT) on #tiecorps. Don't forget about our own #wingxiv channel as well :-)
