Wing IV News

1) Results are still being compiled for the competition against Wing X, so be patient :)

2) Once again, a huge congratulations to Foxy on her promotion to Captain! Woo! You've deserved this promotion for quite some time :)

3) COMPETITION! Battles have been released for this month's Battles of the Month. They are TC-TIE 97, TC-XvT 19 and TC-XWA 26. All files are due in my December 31st to CPT Koriel, AD Proton and your CMDR. Remember, CPT Koriel is putting together the results, so send him the files as well.

4) The database is fully functional again, so mails are being sent out.

5) If there are any other types of competitions you would like to see in the wing, then please tell me and I'll see what I can do.

6) RECRUIT, RECRUIT, RECRUIT! We need new members so get out there and try to find some! Friends! Family! Your pets! Anyone and everyone! :P.

7) To CMDR's, all your reports are to go to the Wing IV mailing list, as well as to AD Proton (hullbreach@warpmail.net), FO Priyum (spellfire@btinternet.com) and CA:FO Cyric (jroscoe@comcast.net).

8) Noone guessed last week's lyrics. I'm very disappointed in you all...it wasn't THAT hard...just not a brand new song :P The song was "End of the Road" by Boys II Men. It was quite popular, back in the day :P

9) Slightly new layout for the wing report. This should be the new look as well as the permanent colour scheme. Hopefully it's not wholly hated :P Also, my NEW COMPUTER should be up shortly. Just need to buy a new ethernet card. Then, I shall be up for any and all SP and MP flying :D

2) The Training Officer, AD Mell, has resigned from his position

3) Congratulations go to the Wing V WC, MAJ Frodo, on his promo to LC. Also, the new WC of Wing XIV is MAJ Tissaya Argat. Former TAC/HA Striker has been awarded the Imperial Cross for all of his hard work, so congrats to him as well.

4) TCC:XvT is open for applications. Apply if you're worth...or something like that :P

Artist/Group of the Week: Matthew Good Band
The actual band isn't around anymore...but the lead singer, Matthew Good, has gone solo. Anyways, some good songs from this group. Songs to look out for include "Strange Days", "Load Me Up", "Apparitions" and there's even one called "Rico" :P Songs are my lyrical in nature, than flat out rock, but still worth a listen
