| - Wing XVIII's numbers have
jumped back up again to 40, putting as at the top of the battlegroup for
the first time in a long while. Let's keep this excellent activity and
expansion going! |
| - Stalker Squadron is still
without a CMDR. I've had a few applications for the position, and I will
make my final decision shortly. |
| - In fleet news, we are
still plodding along without a Tactical or Training Officer. This means
that the pilots of the TIE Corps are becoming dumber by the minute, and
with every hour that passes we lose another ship or outpost due to bad
tactics :P

| - Vice Admiral Stalker
from the Starvipers club (http://www.starvipers.org) was wowing us all in
the EH IRC channel last night with screenshots of his Star
Wars: Fleet Command project. It's a total conversion for the game Star
Trek: Armada 2, and it looks extremely promising. Check out the
screenshots! If you don't have the game, you can download the demo at the above site, and also the 1.0 SW:FC patch to try it out for yourselves. This game/mod will be put into use at the Outer Rim War competition in about a month, according to VA Stalker, so if you're of the MP frame of mind you might want to start practising so you can kick Rebel/pseudo-Imperial arse! |
| - I've heard word that
CM Drak will be back in action soon, as things are settling down for him.
I certainly hope so, I miss the Drakster :'( However, LT Guardian Angel continues to do a most excellent job of keeping Spectre running. Good work dude! |

| We've had several new, highly
active members come into Wing XVIII this week. They've taken to the wing
well, and a really great team atmosphere has been strengthened by these
fresh presences. I have no doubt that Wing XVIII will continue to dominate COM's Judgment and, come December 31st, take what will be our 7th victorious month running! |
