General Information
This week has brought many new things to Wing V. First of all, the arrival of me, the new WC!! In my first week, many of you have e-mailed me. All of my Commanders are in contact and I’m happy to say that my week’s goal of getting everything together has been completed.
RA Sickman has given me the wing e-group, this will facilitate my communication with the rest of the wing. Yes, you will be hearing a lot from meJ However I have not used the e-group to get this report out because it only has about 24 of us on it. Anyone that is not, or unsure if you ar on the group e-mail me at once and you will be added.
I have asked CPT Death Angel to update our Web page. It was ridiculously out of date and lacked a few requirements by the Internet office. However, CPT Angel has told me that a new web page was to come. Maybe some day but not in the near future, so don’t count on it for now. Good work to CPT Angel, he managed to update it within a few hours of receiving my e-mail.
I am registering #airlock21 I need about 8 more Cservice names to complete my request to get X in there. Anyone with a Cservice account, contact me now and tell me your Cservice name. After that show up in the Channel as much as you can. Speaking of showing up in the channel…where is everyone? The channel is fairly empty and then I get bored when I’m all alone in there. Going on IRC is one of the best things for your career, because your CMDR, as well as me will see you there, and if we see you there we know your in contact we know you aspire to succeed and chat with your buddy’s from Wing V.
Our Message board however is blooming well. You guys can expect a poll or two from me this week on it. I will get moderator on this soon which will help with the Message board’s growth.
I have issued an AWOL Check for the wing. Every pilot has 2 weeks as of now to e-mail his CMDR and tell him that he/she is alive. Failure to do so will eventually result in an AWOL Status, yet Commanders aren’t allowed to AWOL without my permission.
Two of our Commanders are on leave: LC Jason Hunter and MAJ Murkrow Defender. Each has assigned an A-CMDR, see you soon guys.

New Pilots
No new pilots since my arrival, if there were any I’m sorry you weren’t mentioned, but there will be more reports to come and plenty of opportunities to get in the reports ;)
Competitions
-Nun Vs. Mem Competition, will it happen? That’s up to the Morgan and Wolvie.
-Wing V FCHG Comp to come soon, this comp will make gaining FCHG points so rewarding everyone will fly.
-Wing V recruitment Comp, to come soon as well, this comp is so that we get more pilots which we really really really really need.
-King of the wing Comp, a comp that I am not familiar with, I will possibly replace it with the FCHG comp, there is a poll about that on our message board.
-Be prepared for these comps, I post them in advanced so that you are all able to think about them, plan ahead and do your best at them. If comps just arrive by surprise the pilot gets confused and doesn’t know what to do.

Wing V Open Bar
In my wing reports, almost everything is point form except the General Information section. Yet, you guys seem to like the bar so much that I decided to give it a part in the report. This section contains tips, interesting facts and anything that is useful for your career. This is useful for Commanders and Flight leaders especially.
This week’s tips are: 1. Always, I mean Always read the wing report!!
2. Alcohol Stunts your growth :P
3. Your Wing Commander can make mistakes, just don’t blurt them out like a dying Bantha inform him discretely :P (just in case, anything can happen)

Promotion Info for SLs
To get promoted to LT, SLs must do one of the following tasks:
-Fly an EH Mission or Battle
-Create an INPR (Imperial Navy Personal Record)
-Participate in an Official EH Competition
-Help your Commander with the Squadron web page
-Create an Official EH mission or Battle and get it through TAC (that can take a while)

Closing Message
I always have a closing message in reports, because usually reports end with just routine info like the wing roster and such. This report was large, yes I know. After all I try to make it big to inform you as much as possible, and so that instead of just constantly reading about recruiting every day, you might actually do it :P
I am satisfied with the turn out of this week. Yet our Wing needs a lot of work. You will all have to work hard and recruit, and give all that you can for wing V. One day we will be big and I believe in that, and we’ll make it happen ;)
