WING NEWS:

Welcome to the 3rd Wing XIV Report. To start off we still need a COM!, since VA Gilads posting to the BGCOM position we're out of a COM and still lookin. But don't fear we should have one soon apps being taken by the former COM :) Okay this week was better, I received 2 consistant squadron reports, we're getting better now wahooo! Hopefully next report period will be better with more reports. So far I have only received 2 MSE's and its way past the time to submit them. Based on the fact that from the 2 I received there were no recs submitted, then I will assume that will be the same for all squadrons and I will not recommend any medals or such to the BGCOM for this reporting period. This in no way relieves those who have not submitted their MSEs from submitting them, I still need them. Just that because it is now the 10th and everything is late, nothing will be rec'd for April. Better luck next time, sorry.

Viper CMDR and ASP CMDR have been fulfilled, they are CPT Big Poppa K and CM Gara Petothel respectively. Now that we have all squadrons except for Cobra alive and being commanded, lets see some more activity. I realize that everyone or most everyone has some sort of school exams going on, so I hopefully will expect to see activity increase over the upcoming weekend.

I have to apologize for the lateness of this and last weeks report. I am in the middle of changing (RL) military duty stations and its taking most of my time and what was left I needed to spend with my family (kids mostly). At any rate this week will be slow for me as I continue this ordeal until friday. I should be able to get more flying from me done this weekend. Speaking of flying, since I still haven't heard from MAJ Aidan Pryde yet, for those of you in Krayt if you need some pilot files submitted by all means send them my way and I will take care of it.

Also keep watching for this one and again it will take some talent from some of you, is I’m creating a Wing Tour of Duty (WTOD). Where as myself or someone I choose will make a mission for XvT/BOP/XWA with a plotline/storyline. This will then be passed around to the wing for everyone to fly and report on. Now everything must be reported and I’ll get more in depth on this as I finish writing the details of this. But this can earn you some big bucks if you participate. This type of activity will be done only when there are no other extreme ship or BG competitions going on. Kind of like an in between competition to keep you all busy. Working on getting better at doing this new job at the moment, all else is put aside until that time :(

No real projects so none completed

Activity to do: I would like everyone to try and at least do one of the following every week. Fly one FREE mission or battle a week, write a small piece of fiction, make a graphic, add a new reply to the current squadron run-on or something for the squadron message board, create a new FREE mission or new battle for the compendium, last of all I want at the least is a report from you saying I'm alive, well and kicking.

Rewards: As all things come to an end, such as rewards for work accomplished. There were no medals posted this week, with none pending save the MSE ones, which I'm not sure if they were awarded or not, hopefully they will come soon. Just remember I will gladly get you a medal or promotion if you put forth the effort. I promise you I will if its within my power to get you these things. All you need to do is show me that your ready for it. Nuff said.
