WING NEWS:

Welcome to the 2nd Wing XIV Report. To start off we need a COM, since VA Gilads posting to the BGCOM position we're out of a COM. But don't fear one is being sought out right now as appas are being taken by the former COM :) Okay this week was better, I received 2 squadron reports, we're getting better now wahooo!

Viper CMDR is open send apps to me with subject line "Viper CMDR App" if your interested. Remember I'm not posting any decision date because I want to see who all is interested. Also
keep watching for this one and again it will take some talent from some of you, is I’m creating a Wing Tour of Duty (WTOD). Where as myself or someone I choose will make a mission for XvT/BOP/XWA with a plotline/storyline.

This will then be passed around to the wing for everyone to fly and report on. Now everything must be reported and I’ll get more in depth on this as I finish writing the details of this. But this can earn you some big bucks if you participate. This type of activity will be done only when there are no other extreme ship or BG competitions going on. Kind of like an in between competition to keep you all busy. Well that's it for this week have a great day~!.

Projects or Goals:

Working on getting better at doing this new job at the moment, all else is put aside until that time :(

Completed Projects of Goals:

Working on WTOD project (coming soon!) (25%)

No real projects so none completed

Activity to do: I would like everyone to try and at least do one of the following every week. Fly one FREE mission or battle a week, write a small piece of fiction, make a graphic, add a new reply to the current squadron run-on or something for the squadron message board, create a new FREE mission or new battle for the compendium, last of all I want at the least is a report from you saying I'm alive, well and kicking.

Rewards: As all things come to an end, such as rewards for work accomplished. There were no medals posted this week, with none pending save the MSE ones, which I'm not sure if they were awarded or not, hopefully they will come soon. Just remember I will gladly get you a medal or promotion if you put forth the effort. I promise you I will if its within my power to get you these things. All you need to do is show me that your ready for it. Nuff said.
