Wing XIV weekly report #30 - 05/23/2004

- WING NEWS -
Hello pilots, Thanks to SA Astatine, the new Tie Corps homepage has been uploaded to http://www.ehtiecorps.org/, unfortunately the most recent backup of the database is from January. The current ASF rosters (positions AND ranks) have been put together by BGCOM Khadgar and submitted to the Flight Officer so expect to see our roster updated in a matter of days. About your FCHG, CR, IWATS and medals...all of them are recorded in my Monthly Wing Evaluations and the month of May is covered by database nortifications. However, I'm not sure when these data will be added to the new database. Important note for for anyone with a PIN larger than 11300: your profile isn't in the new database because you joined after the latest backup but this is not a big problem! All you have to do is to fill out the "Join the TIE Corps" form ( http://www.ehtiecorps.org/join.asp ) and include your ID Line in the "additional notes" specifying that you already joined but your profile is not in the database. Also, all Squadron Commanders are asked to directly contact their newer pilots to make sure their records are restored. Do so and remember to CC me! To close the "TC database" part, a series of FAQ about what happened and what will be happening can be found HERE. And if you still have questions don't be afraid to contact me at the usual addy. Moving on with Wing news, admin is up and running so I will be reccomending medals and promos for Aprl MWE as soon as I'm done with this report. Also, The new CMDR of Diamondback squadron will be announced soon so get ready for the party. The XvT Wing of War has begun yesterday, join the Zone and help EH forces to defeat the evil BOSS clan. Every single point counts so it doesn't matter if you lose on a streak as long as you're getting points for the EH. Fly, fly, fly! Third round of the "Beat the COM" competition ends today, mission to fly is XvT-Free #93 and the score to beat is 61,700 points. Everyone beating that score will receive a shining IS-BW medal to add to your uniform.

Flight Office 12:23 - FA Cyric [jroscoe@comcast.net] I've just completed updates to the ASF and Avenger Squadron Rosters! AD Sarin has joined the Flight Office in the capacity of my second CA:FO while still currently being the COO. His duties will be to help with the roster changes and moves for the BG's. VA Reaper will be handling newer requests as they come in to the Database. My other FOA, VA Khadgar, will still be moderating the TC meetings for the FO, and attending as my emissary the EH meeting when I can not attend. As always we are working round the clock to get the rosters back to snuff so be patient. We will do our best to get you back your ranks and positions in the fast time possible!
