WING NEWS

The SC results seem to be finalized now, with the Intrepid falling short of the Grey Wolf by about 433 points. Congrats to the ISD Grey Wolf for the narrow victory! Plus, Nighty's AES group had a very impressive performance, beating a whole ISD hands down!

Thanks to the brave pilots of Wing XIV for leading the Wing to victory over Wings XIII and XV...see below:

I've been plagued with computer problems the past few weeks, which adversely affected my SC contributions, but a by product of it all is that I can now fly MP! W00t!

Great job of MP flying during the SC, let's work to keep it up and continue to prove why the ASF is the multiplayer Battlegroup!!

COL Mike bagged a few DFCs for his stellar XvT flying in the SC ladders - yay Mike!

Diamondback is now a full Squadron, lending its 12 pilots to help make Wing XIV the largest in the Fleet, at forty-three!! Thanks to COL Mike, CPT Malloy and others who have led recruiting efforts!

With SC just over, all pilots can consider their workload reduced for a bit...everyone needs a break once in a while, but don't forget about the XvT WoW...on right now!

AD Frodo is actively seeking more active testers to help make more battles, actively test battles and correct bugs in active battles...apply to him and VA Master if interested!

Speaking of Frothykins, a new BSF guide has been published here, to ensure that proper guidelines are followed when submitting plt files for credit (CMDRS, read this!!!).

CM Magnus Vader was declared the weekly winner of the "Whose Line Was It Anyway" competition!

As I mentioned earlier in this report, some top shelf activity from the Wing over the past month, with lots of FCHG and CR increases. All active pilots have made me supremely proud with your performances in SC. Thank you very much - now it is official that no other Wing out there better step to this action!!!

Big words of commendation to VA Gidda, for taking third place overall in SC!! Plus, many other pilots in the group won or placed in individual events - congrats to all of you; details are here.

WING COMMANDER'S OFFICE

Now that this year's Supremacy Comp is in the books, let's maintain our numbers while we strive to grow the ranks even more. Yeah, we're the largest ship, but let's see if we can fill 'er the whole way up! There will be some pilots released to the Reserves in the coming days, so some new and active blood will be needed...

Watch for new Wing comps (pending TO approval); including a new Wing Banner Design event, Recruitment and SP/MP challenges!

As always, let me know how I am doing as Commander of Wing XIV. Please give me any feedback (good or bad) so that I can continue on doing what I'm doing, or make some changes and switch things up.

Squadron Commanders, go through your rosters and see who needs to be shipped off to the Reserves. When in doubt, consult VA Gidda and/or myself, but let's trim the fat from the unit and promote high levels of activity!
