Wing Report #18

Salutes!

Last few days brought a few things into consideration. First is that we all are humans, we have our emotions and we do not act as maschines. That's a truism. Nevertheless, in communication with other people we all must remember that rule. In TC when many people hold command positions, they  should be prepaired their way may be a great way, but nobody is perfect. Therefore when one is given critic, there should be 2 way communication, not banging the door on one side or  as a result there is much noise for nothing, even if the issue is small.
Also when there is no communication at all, and after a long time of somebody's inactivity, not responding on mails we (commanding officers) get in one mail a big amount of bitching without a reason, it is conmfusing.
I ask you then to write your Commanders with issues you'd like to see changed or issues that you value the most, that you think are great. If you think they do something in a way you cannot accept, also write about it, try to find a consensus. CC me on thise mails. That means also I want your evaluations of the WC's job. Doesn't matter whether you are CMDR, FL or FM.
Here nobody want to harm or spoil fun. But what is your perceiving of fun?

Second thing, the good news, is that together with Squadron Commanders we plan to make a queez on 'Which squad fits you the most'. So far basic coding is made and a few questions are worked through. On the beginning of March it should be working with the new Wing III website.

.:NEWS:.

  • Wing will be soon @36, we are waiting  only for the transfer approvement

  • 2 Bronze Stars! Captains Keller and Hobbes, You did a piece of great job here in the Wing and I am most glad to see you awarded!
  • Wing points were cancelled at least for a few months. Not because the same people were getting medals, as it was stated in CPT Hobbes report, but because the whole process became too automatised. Nevertheless, still by your activity you will be awarded!
