WING IV NEWS:
1) Allright.. this week was awful for me, RL-wise, but I'm actually not behind (too much). It was kind of a quiet week, but anyway..
2) The Wing IV "Swat the Flies" competition was announced earlier tonight.. I think this'll be a fun, new thing to do, and I hope you enjoy it. Remember, the pilot with the best laser accuracy wins a PC!
3) The Wing IV Webpage Design competition is still going on.. I know of about 3 different pages being put together, and I'm looking forward to seeing them, ASAP..
4) MSEs.. MSEs.. I have Teth's, Kaph's, Yod's.. HMMMM. CM Sloth, CPT Phoenix, CPT Jdf (I'm not sure if you're back from leave, but..) let's get working on yours :)
5) Wing IV Meeting, well. Today and tomorrow have been/will be spent doing -much- raking of leaves, so unfortunately not this weekend. On the other hand.. maybe I'll try a weekday night meeting, what do you think? :p

1) Well, Squadron League Round 13 & 14 Results are being put together, and soon *knock on wood* the Playoffs will begin!
2) EH Poll #93, EH Poll #94, and EH Poll #95. Manesh is always looking for new poll ideas. The polling center can be found at http://polls.squadron.org.
3) The Tactical Staff will welcome in addition to the Beta Team in charge of playtesting new battles a "Phoenix Engineers Team", in charge of checking/correcting battles released over the past year (TIE, XvT and XWA), the same way Project Phoenix did for the battles released before. This team will be under the direction of Vice Admiral Wlodek, send any application for joining the team to him. Tacticians positions should only be filled with skilled mission designers. The first ever Wing IV "Swat the Flies" competition has begun!! Listen up:
*The objective of this competition: To find the pilot with the best laser accuracy.
*I've designed a custom mission for this. You will fly TIE Bomber Alpha; you are Immortal, and cannot be damaged or destroyed. You will destroy 6 A-wings, using only lasers.
*The pilot with the best laser hit percentage (# of hits divided by the # of shots) wins a -Palpatine's Crescant-. Not too shabby for only having to destroy six A-wings.
Now, I know you may be thinking that you, being immortal can ram into and destroy the A-wings. I'll be watching for things like that :) And also, it's kind of hard to run into an A-wing, when you're in a T/B :p.
