MAJ Mooks was promoted to CMDR of Cheth Squadron in Wing IV.
LT Adume (Cheth) has been promoted to Flight Leader of Flight Two in Cheth
Squadron.

MAJ Mooks has joined to become Cheth's CMDR.

WING IV NEWS:
1) BSF submissions slowed down, partly because of tiecorps.org not working
well, partly because of the holidays.. Anyway, we still had about 10
submissions.
2) The Wing IV IRC Meeting will be held in a few minutes, in #wing_IV on the
Undernet.. I sent out details last night.
3) The Wing IV vs. Wing VI ended last night.. I'll be compiling results, and
submissions today.
4) Keep getting those flight mottos and flight nicknames submitted to your
CMDRs! And, I'll be recomending ISMs for those pilots who've created flight
homepages.

SHIP/FLEET NEWS:
1) The Domain Name for tiecorps.org is back up! You can access it at it's
proper place, http://www.tiecorps.org/ instead of by it's ISP number.
2) Lieutenant Colonel Corran Force, has been promoted to Rear Admiral, and
to Commodore of the ISD Challenge, after COM Torres resignation from that
spot.
3) RA Nighthawk, former COM of the ISD Colossus, has been promoted to Wing
Commander of the ISD Challenge, and been moved to the rank of Colonel.
4) TAC/HA Kawolski reminds: When you fill out BSFs for XWA pilot files, make
SURE you add the bonus score with the regular score for each mission.
5) High Admiral Kawolski is seeking a new Tactical Office Command Attaché,
to split duties with himself, and the existing CA:TAC.. To see the new CA:
