CMDR/MAJ Javelin (Lamed) has been awarded an ISM for the Wing IV Honor Guard
(W4HG).

Squadron.

WING IV NEWS:
1) We had about 25 battle submissions this week, including 3 battle high
scores and 5 mission high scores.
2) The Oct-Nov Sovereign Competition concludes on Monday the 15th! I have 12
submissions out of 26 possible (46%) let's keep up the good work! Battle 115
is to be flown, and turned into your CMDRs! Please be sure to fly this
battle, it is attached.
3) The Wing IV Competition also concludes on the 15th.. Battle 116 is to be
flown and handed in to your CMDRs.. I have about 38% participation here..

4) The second Wing IV Run-on story has begun on the Wing IV Message Board
will result in you being awarded a Letter of Achievement!
5) A reminder on the Wing IV Multiplayer Events, run by LT Bret K'thraz..
The Jedi Knight (JK) competition will begun at 8PM EST on Saturday, November
13th... The Xwing vs. TIE Fighter multiplayer competition will be on
Saturday, November 14th at 8PM EST..
For both of those events, meet in the IRC room #Wing_IV at 7:50 PM EST. If
you get on-line, and the IP has already been posted on the Wing IV Message
Board
you can join at any time. Please plan to attend!
6) More Multiplayer news: Join the EH ladder! Link is

XvT), and you can challenge him anytime you want!
7) The fourth Wing IV Honor Guard competition took place earlier this week.
Facing off were defender MAJ Javelin vs. LCM Alexey Kolouboff.. The winner,
was MAJ Javelin, who successfully defended his title as Honor Guard and was
awarded an ISM.
8) The Wing IV Weekly IRC Meeting will be held at 7:30 PM EST today, in
#Wing_IV on an Undernet server.

SHIP/FLEET NEWS:
1) Well, the Rat Pack (made up of Sovereign/TIE Corps Flag Officers), Yod
and Psi Squadrons were ready to fly against the Rebel Squadrons in the
Supremacy Series, but the RS whined about facing the Rat Pack, so it's Yod,
Psi and another squadron yet to be chosen..
2) Fleet Commander/Grand Admiral Ronin's wedding will be held on 11/13/99..
Since he will be honeymooning in Ireland and England, XO/SA Compton (I
almost said Havok :P) will be in charge of the fleet.
3) Battlegroup Commander Vice Admiral Kessler has been promoted to the rank
of full Admiral!
4) The Prefect of the Hammer's Fist (one of my old Wing Commanders :p),
Field Marshall Tarkin has stepped down from his position. Taking his place
as Prefect is AD Kryder.
5) TIE Corps Membership at 1,012..
