Weekly Squadron Report #8 - 11/06/2004
First of all, my appologies for this being so late. My email server has been
up and down (and its likely to go down again) so I havent been able to get this
out to you all yet.
Anyhow, just one issue I'd like to mention this week. Last month we had a Recruitment
competition going, to try to get some fresh blood in. sadly, noone from our squadron
participated in that competition. However, CM Fox Malloy, of Viper Squadron on the Intrepid
did recruit and train LT Dustein Starr. For this reason, I awarded Malloy wiht the IS-BR
that was meant for one of you. The Ops Office approved this award because they obviously
agreed with me.
This is pretty pathetic folks. When pilots from OTHER squadrons are more successful at
recruiting members for Crusader, theres a problem.
We need to really pull together here and make some concerted efforts to excell. Right now
ISD Grey Wolf is the 2nd most populated ship in the fleet. Gilad and Yoda would like to even
the gap or exceed the other ship in terms of numbers.
But more so than numbers, we need action. Having a ship full of cold corpses is not going to get
us anywhere, as a squadron, wing, or ship.
So, heres what I propose.
New Standing Orders:
Effective immediately, each Crusader pilot is required to do at least one of the following
bulleted actions each week, and must file an activity report with me, to be received no
later than 12pm Sundays EST.
Acceptable activities are as follows:
• Complete at least 1 battle as listed on the EH Battle Center (http://www.ehtiecorps.org/battles/)
• Fly at least one Multiplayer Event (must submit screenshot or other evidence)
• Complete at least 1 IWATS Course (http://to.minos.net/courses.html)
• Compete in any approved competition in which you are elligible to participate.

• Recruit a new pilot, guide them through training and see that he/she is assigned to Crusader.
(Since this may take longer than one week, you will need to furnish evidence of this activity, in the
form of an email from your trainee, verifying your involvement in his/her training, and their stage
of progress.)
• Submit any type of article or other original work to any of the EH newsletters, etc.
Pilot Activity Reports
As stated above, each pilot shall be required to submit a Pilot Activity Report (PAR), each week. This
report should be received no later than 12:00 pm EST on Sundays.

Pilot Activity Report #1 - 11/10/04 (Note: Date should be Saturdays date/ "week ending" date)

Missions: (Note: be sure to include your BSF/pilot files if any)

Multiplayer Events: (Note: Be sure to include any screenshots or other proof)
• FW TE #10 - The Black Sun
IWATS: (Note: Just list the courses taken. I will receive confirmation from the TO)
• MP
• IRC
Competitions: (Note: List the Comp name and number, and also include any proof or other required info)
• Crusader Pilot of the Month - #1547
Recruitment Activity: (Note: List names and email of your recruits/trainees. I should also receive their
training status report by 12pm Sun)

Penalties:
Pilots who fail to follow these orders will be considered in Dereliction of Duty. 2 weeks of DoD without
a legitimate explanation, will be considered AWOL, and subject to action consistent with EH AWOL standards.
