Another mostly quiet week. I have received a few submissions for Revenge of the Veterans, but none other. More details on that below. VA Stele apparently has another big competition in the works, so we'll see what that's all about soon. His competitions are usually very well done.

We currently have one standing order.

There was some confusion over the submission deadline of Revenge of the Veterans, so MAJ Zeth extended the deadline by one week to December 7, 2004. So far I have submission for myself and Inkwolf - if anyone else had a chance to fly, please send your submission into me! This competition is a TIE platform competition only. Pilots should fly TIE-TC Battle #171. Points are to each faction as follows: 5pts for first place, 3pts for second place, 2pts for third place and 1pt for participating. All Wing II pilots with under two years in the fleet are considered “rookies.” Those with more than two years are considered “veterans.” Full competition details can be found at:

FW TE: EH vs Disac Pirates

The Emperor's Hammer will be launching an attack on the Disac Pirate base, Fannier Station, in the Corellian system. The engagement is tonight at 10pm GMT / 5pm EST, and the password is "shawshank". As always, we'll be meeting up in #isd_predator about an hour beforehand to discuss plans and tactics.

Fannier is owned by the NPC Faction, Peace Brigage. If you need to bribe them, then you can do so at Selonia (note: Only Troop Transports can capture stations in TEs now). We should be expecting our allies, the Imperials, to help us. In opposition, expect the Pirates, Black Sun, Bounty Hunters, VFSF, the Trade Federation and anyone else that decides to jump on the bandwagon. Since this is our first TE, please make every effort to attend. If you need help with anything, please contact me ASAP.

To anyone who doesn't know what NationStates is, it's a simple web-based game at http://www.nationstates.net that allows you to create and run your own nation. You stamp your own authority and style of leadership on the nation via a series of issues- such as whether to allow voting, where companies are allowed to mine, should gambling be legal etc- and gradually your nation develops.

To any members of the EH who already play NationStates:
A fair few of us have formed a region- the "Emperors Hammer Territories", and are creating our own little bastion of galactic law and order. If you're interested in moving to a region filled with other nations run by EH members, simply use the "move to new region" link, enter the "Emperors Hammer Territories" (without the ") into the search bar and hit join.

We've also started a channel on undernet- #EHT pop in for help moving in or a chat =)
