SQUADRON NEWS:

Welcome to the Cobra Squadron 6th report. It's almost been 2 months and everything is going good so far. I have to say that squadron down time has come again, apparently we've all got something's going on. However, there has been some membership activity lately. Some of us have been doing some IWATS courses and that's great, better to improve upon our minds, which will help us more in the future. If your stuck on something and need some help make sure you have a chat with our local STO - Squadron Training Officer, CM Kakihara.

I would again like to congratulate our newest arrival to the squadron. SL ButtNoise who was recently promoted to LT by doing his INPR. Thanks again to CM Kakihara for his recruitment we now have citations. Yup you got it we actually have some citations. These amount to a total of 8 but never the less we have some. Now we can play in the top contentions with other squadrons with citations. I'm to understand that CM Kakihara will be getting XvT sometime soon so we can expect more stuff from him, YAY!

Not a whole lot of stuff from me this week since I was rather busy with school work, this took most of my time. I did manage however, to fly 2 FREE missions actually 3 but the last one has yet to be BSF'd. Oh well, maybe it's because its a new FREE mission just released and it hasn't gone thru yet (possibility). Well remember to get your flying skills ready cuz next month is the ASF:SC comp and we all need to be ready for it.

Once again I would REALLY like to stress the importance of Recruitment. We are down to 5 squad mates and are in need of more. We currently have no citations since we need atleast 6 members to have any. We are in desperate need of new meat. So get your butts out there and find us some help! Don't forget I have that recruitment comp running, so if your looking for a possible easy medal then best get out there and recruit.

SQUADRON COMMANDER'S OFFICE:

Projects: The only things I managed to do this week it updated the squadron header graphic and the Time in Rank promotion guide. I hope you get some use out of it.

Activity to do: I would like everyone to try and atleast do one of the following every week. Fly one FREE mission or battle a week, write a small piece of fiction, add a new reply to the current squadron run-on or something for the squadron message board, create a new FREE mission or new battle for the compendium, last of all I want at the least is a report from you saying I'm alive, well and kicking.

Rewards: Well as all things come to an end as such so do rewards for work accomplished. There were 2 medals posted this week, with one pending, hopefully it will come soon. But I fear it will have to wait until the return of the COM, oh well. But I am looking at some possible upcoming squadron moves which can help benefit as well as hurt. But I'm trying to work some stuff out before I decide on a couple of things. Just remember I will gladly get you a medal or promotion if you put forth the effort. I promise you I will if its within my power to get you these things. All you need to do is show me that your ready for it. Nuff said.
