            FA Cyric has chosen the New SovCOM…GN Stele Pallaeon!!  He has been with The Sov for quite some time, and is stepping up the chain from WC of Wing II. 

Flight 2 FL has been open for some time now, and not a single one of you is interested?

Flight 2 is in need of a Flight Leader.  If you would like the position email me and let me know, I want to get this spot filled ASAP.  I have also posted a recruitment message on the MB’s.

Imperial Storm running, Admiral Proton and I need some volunteers to be scouts…if interested contact Admiral Proton at: hullbreach@gmail.com.  The Admiral and I have recruited Colonel Turr to run a Fleet and Guard one of our planets.  Thanks Colonel

~ TIE Tattoo Search comp for VA Ky Terrak! He is looking for a COMPLETE tattoo of the TIE Fighter game from the expansion pack, not the original one. Medals to be awarded will be IS-GR, IS-SR, and IS-BR. Subs must be sent to kyterrack@aol.com with the subject of 'Tattoo of the Empire'
~ TAC is working on an online pilot viewer for the game platforms. Check it out here.

~ From the XO: "Weekly reports with *real* content" - I'd say my report have *real* contents, yes? :P
~ Now, to say that I am disappointed about the very low numbers of those who flew for the SBoTM, would be an understatement. Only 3 pilots, including myself flew any of the three missions. While technical problems crop up from time to time (which I understand as I've had more than my fair share. :P), I was hoping for a better turnout. Knowing the pilots that we do have and knowing most of their abilities, I'm shocked that only 2 other pilots flew. I do hope that there are more submissions during this next round. If you need the game CD's and have a CD-burner, let me know. I can email the files to you (depending on the size) or burn a CD and send it to you, free of charge. Anything to get you to all to fly! :D

New SOV BGCOM Chosen

With the retirement of AD Proton, I have chosen GN Stele Pallaeon as the new SOVBGCOM. GN Stele has been a long and active member with the SOVBG. I feel that he will be able to lead the Sov with the same intensity and resiliency as AD Proton had, and will continue to lead for some time. With that GN Stele is promoted to the rank of VA and given the duties if BGCOM. Congrats Stele!

     With the appointment of General to SOVCOM, and the promotion to Vice Admiral…The VA has informed me that with his new pay increase the drinks are on him for the rest of the month…but pleat, do not tell the VA where you heard this.

     I have been pretty lenient up to this point on the simplest activity, like reporting in, until this time due to the Summer and school starting up again.  Most of you should be back and settled so send me an email and let me know what’s up if you have not.
