FLEET NEWS:
- The new version of Freeworlds, 1.65, has been officially released! It can be downloaded from http://usa.assassinsden.com/Default.aspx?tabid=89. Note - you must be logged in before you can download anything from the Burnout site.
- Tactical Office is proud to announce the release of the "Online Mission Submission Form". Until today, you had to search the database for TAC's mail (like it was something difficult :P) and then write a mail. You could often forget attaching pilot or even mission file. Now, it's over. Visit the webpage fill the form you find there and hit submit. And the you go. You will receive confirmation email. Don't forget to attach both battle and pilot file!
- Wing IX, ISD Relentless has a new WC! Congrats to MAJ Rejili Holthaus on being named the new WC!
WING NEWS:
- There's a new comp on the way... 'Deck the Mantis'. Stay tuned for more info
- The ship/wing is in need of a new website. if you think you have the skillz to make a good website, make one! :P For ideas, see the current-but-not-so-current site or toher ship sights on the ASF.
- We're very close to getting ourselves a new Mantis CMDR. Expect an announcement this week.
SQUADRON NEWS:
- We have a new competition here. FLY IT!!!!!
Scorpion vs. Echo: XWA-Free #107. Winning Squadron gets the coveted "WC's Jockstrap of Valor!!!" Oh, and the highest scoring pilot gets an IS-BR. Deadline is Nov. 30, winning squad determined by higher average of all participating pilots in each squadron.
- Strahd is working on a new squadron website, and is in search of graphics, screen shots from in games, etc. If you have any to give him, please contribute.
- MSE Medals have been awarded. I'm the only one who got anything. Lets change this for next month, shall we?
