Welcome to the 48^th Cobra Squadron Report. I first have to apologize for the short lateness of this report. I just changed my jobs at work and thus was very busy this past week. Besides that I like totally forgot what day it was :P I did however, manage to fly 2 BOP battles. So you see even the most diligent person can have difficulties, but still manage to over come them and fly or do any activity. So why not the rest of you? Oh well, I guess I'll have to send a request to the FO and hopefully get some new recruits here for Cobra. I'm running out of options since hardly any activity save for myself has been happening and my recruiting ability is rather slow in coming.

I will be creating a recruiting comp for Cobra to try and get some activity going and new members, but I'll need all of your support in the coming weeks. So if you see that you have some extra time go try to recruit some people. One of the best ways to try and get people is to hit the RSV roster. It's possible that with the coming holidays we might be able to persuade some old EH/TC members to come back even if it's for a short time.

CMDR's Work: I finally achieved the goal I had set for myself. Now I have set my sites higher to attain the next level, but that will be a while yet so I'll keep you updated. Well along these lines I have started my trial to get more FCHG points by flying 2 more battles taking me to the 1017 mark. Of course it's a small piece considering when I have to get to 1500 for my next FCHG rank. But it's a start none the less.

I have submitted the October MSE and well frankly it's a bust. The only one who contributed to activity for October was me sadly I know. I really would like to see something from you all come across my desk, even if it's a simple report saying I'm alive. Please, please let's get to work and be that top squadron we were only a few months ago. I know school has some of you in peril, but hey it can be done, so let's get busy okay?

Another thing to remember is that I will also accept any work for those of you who are doing FW on your spare time. So please don't forget to send me any activity you have for this platform. I will add it to the report and get you any rewards in which you are entitled to. If anyone needs me please use email. This is the fastest way to make contact with me right now, so I have minimum distractions. Thanks.

(SP) FCHG Stuff: MAJ Apophis Kuma is the current leader so far doing SP flying, with a score of 12 points so far and as usual I'm followed behind by nobody. I will be flying some more later today or this week

Activity to do: I would like everyone to try and at least do one of the following every week. Fly one FREE mission or battle a week, write a small piece of fiction, make a graphic, add a new reply to the current squadron run-on or something for the squadron message board, create a new FREE mission or new battle for the compendium, last of all I want at the least is a report from you saying I'm alive, well and kicking.

Rewards: As all things come to an end, such as rewards for work accomplished. There were no medals posted this week, with none pending save the MSE ones, which I'm not sure if they were awarded or not, hopefully they will come soon. Just remember I will gladly get you a medal or promotion if you put forth the effort. I promise you I will if its within my power to get you these things. All you need to do is show me that your ready for it. Nuff said.
