Welcome to the 37^th Cobra Squadron Report.  Hello all, how is everyone doing these days? Real quick has anyone taken the IWATS: (TM) TIE Mission Design course? If not go take it now so we can get you guys qualified to design missions. I'd also like to stress about getting on IRC and MSN and creating email activity. Atleast we can count that as activity.

I would like to apologize for this report being late. My ship (RL) was going out to sea today and I had alot of pre-underway preps to do for them, so this took like all of my time this weekend as well as me being out of town picking up my mother and sister in law. So now we got a bunch of women in my house.

Again I would like to stress the importance of meeting the minimum requirement by the standing orders of the squadron and the fleet. Remember that your supposed to check and respond to your email at least 2x a month and to not do that is failing to do the minimum requirement as set forth in the fleet standing orders. This can result in your being sent to the RSV's. I know I harp on activity, but that's what we are here to do and that's be an active squadron for Wing XIV. Not a bunch of bums. So get off your duffs and give me something to report on.

No promotions, medals or IWATS to report on this week. Hmmm...must be a reflection of our activity level you think? I really would love to process pilot files for BSFing, but if I don't have any then I can't do any right? Right? One thing to note is that we are just a week away fromt he end of the month and you all know what that means, yup you got it MSE time. They will go out either on time or one day earlier. So if you'd likie any shiny thingies then I suggest you get hot and do some work.

I am still looking for someone to fill the FL spot for flight II, if you think you got what it takes then email me and tell me, but you'd better be active or it won't last long. I would also like to encourage those that wish to try, and that's to have you guys create more missions or battles for the fleet. If you need some help or want to learn how to get started, please drop me a line and I'll help you get started.

Finally, I've been accepted to try out for the Mission Creation wars, so I'll be busy working on this. If anyone needs me please use email. This is the fastest way to make contact with me right now, so I have minimum distractions. Thanks.

FCHG Stuff: MAJ Apophis Kuma is the leader so far this month in doing flying, I have flown a total of four FREE missions followed right behind by LT Mjolnir.

  • Created a new BOP-FREE battle (Called: "Cool Hand" Luke) release date: 2004.07.27

Activity to do: I would like everyone to try and at least do one of the following every week. Fly one FREE mission or battle a week, write a small piece of fiction, add a new reply to the current squadron run-on or something for the squadron message board, create a new FREE mission or new battle for the compendium, last of all I want at the least is a report from you saying I'm alive, well and kicking.

Yo everyone, Yeah I know I didn't submit a test yet, sue me!  Ok now that was a joke,lol.  I had sooooooo much fun...and fear at Six flags last week, I went on a rollorcoaster for the first time and not just one but 6!  And the last ride I went on was a simualtion ride based on stargate SG-1 and that was ssssssssooooooooo cool, I hope I can go next year. CYA NEXT REPORT YEAH! -XO/FL-F3/CM Hunterwolf

Rewards: As all things come to an end, such as rewards for work accomplished. There were no medals posted this week, with none pending save the MSE ones, which I'm not sure if they were awarded or not, hopefully they will come soon. Just remember I will gladly get you a medal or promotion if you put forth the effort. I promise you I will if its within my power to get you these things. All you need to do is show me that your ready for it. Nuff said.
