Opening comments:
All in all, not a pretty good week. The MSE was sent in on Monday, and I decided to give myself (and the rest of you) the week off. I wouldn't be suprised if we saw some decoration of Shield pilots from this. But now we are moving into the new month of October, and I would like to once again stress the importance of the SOPs. I made them for a reason. So, if next month at MSE time, you haven't complied with the SOPs (especially the uniform one) I will not recomend you for anything, but I expect that all of you will, so this won't really be a problem. On a more positive note, I'm very pleased with all of your work, except of course Queto, who has been AWOLED. Also, I've decided to keep the citation comp running until next week, to encourage more submissions.

SOPS - everyone formiliarize yourself with these
SOP #1: All pilots will have an up to date uniform on their
profile (so I have something pretty to look at when i bsf you and recomend
medals :P ). If you dont have ttt, download it at http://ttt.tiecorps.net/
and make sure you also download the squadron patches as we have one. A uni
now takes all of 4 seconds to make, so I expect all of you to have one by
the time the next WWR comes out. If you have a problem, tell me about it,
and I'll be glad to help. Very good and easy way to remain active, and give
all our profiles a unified look, which is the purpose of the uniforms
anyway.

SOP #2: FL's participate in all competions UNLESS you can send me
an email with a reason why you can't. This, as well as communicativeness,
will be how your performance is judged. Note: this is not in response to any
of our current FL's activity, which is very good and makes me very proud.

SOP #3: All BSFs will be named according to the following formula:
Pilot name (first 3 or 4 letters) - Platform (abreviated) - Battle type (TC, FCHG, FREE, etc) - Number
ex. RejXWAFCHG2
Also, unless you are sending a large amount of files, please send each in a seperate email titled 'BSF' to help me keep track of things

Closing Comments:
Get ready to win Wing Commanders own this month. Hammer has nothing on us, so let's put them in their place. Try to earn us some citations, there's a IS-BW in it if you do. Hopefully Queto's AWOL will help with this. Read the SOPs and do them. I'm proud of all of your work last month, but lets make this one even better! Also, if you notice that I'm missing anything in your activity chart, please email me and tell me, and I'll add it to my records so you get it on your MSE.
