SQUADRON NEWS:

Welcome to the 28th Cobra Squadron Report. Well first and foremost I'd like to say welcome aboard to our newest member SL Jacob Neva. He joins us fresh from the Daedalus and has assumed the position of 1-2 in my flight. If you haven't done so please give him a warm Cobra welcome. All I can say from the start is something that our COM always adds into his reports,

1. HOW TO GET PROMOTED TO LT:
1. Fly any official EH missions or battles at the EH mission compendium
2. Participate at any TO approved Squad/Wing/Ship/BG/Fleet comp!
3. Create an Imperial Navy Personal record (INPR) in your admin menu!
4. Create an official EH mission or battle (Can take a loooong time)
5. Helping your CMDR with the Squadron webpage, or creating one.
2. Those are the five main ways to get promoted to LT! You guys should be aiming for at LEAST reaching LT :P

If anyone has anything to add to my report please contact me with your addition and I will gladly put it in so long as its not to uhh.. well crap I can't think of the words to say :P but if you have anything to say and want me to put it here, email me and I'll add it. Well I hope to see more activity soon and also to add that with the addition of SL Jacob we now have citations (yippeeee!). So now we have more incentive to do more flying, as we currently have 16 citations and more would be wonderful :)

Again I would like to stress about recruiting, even though the FO helped us by assigning us a new member we should still be trying to get more so I ask that you all try a little harder to get us some more members. Even if our attempts fail at least we would have tried, so still please try, we need all the people we can get. If any of you have time, try looking thru the RSV ship phoenix roster and see if there are any prior Cobra members, then mail them and see if they would like to come back and join the fun.

Remember you slithering snakes, Go RECRUIT. nuff said!

Activity to do: I would like everyone to try and at least do one of the following every week. Fly one FREE mission or battle a week, write a small piece of fiction, add a new reply to the current squadron run-on or something for the squadron message board, create a new FREE mission or new battle for the compendium, last of all I want at the least is a report from you saying I'm alive, well and kicking.

Rewards: As all things come to an end, such as rewards for work accomplished. There were no medals posted this week, with none pending save the MSE ones, which I'm not sure if they were awarded or not, hopefully they will come soon. Just remember I will gladly get you a medal or promotion if you put forth the effort. I promise you I will if its within my power to get you these things. All you need to do is show me that your ready for it. Nuff said.
