Krayt Squadron - Weekly Squadron Report
Aboard the ASF Flagship -- ISD-II Intrepid

*Yawn* Quiet week again, although we do have a few pilots flying and reflying for Round 2 of SSL this week. I hope to see a few more entries this Round, so fly XWA and/or XvT if you can spare the time. I will be endeavouring to get an email out early in the week to give you guys any tips to a high score I find while flying. Other than that, nothing all that much to report....except that 'safety' courses (and I use that phrase very loosely) that are catered for the lowest common denominator (e.g. moron) suck, especially when you have to do one on a Saturday!

General News;

 - SA Astatine is after more submissions for upcoming Newsletters. If you have some GFX/fiction etc, send it to Ast, and dont forget to CC me with it!
 - The COO has also publicly announced the need for competition hosts, for when #EHCOC gets X access back and begins to run set competitions again. If your interested in becoming a MP Competition host(scorer), let AD Sarin know. Try and specify a time you can do it also and have a look on the Combat Centre on the TC site to find a specific comp at the time(s) you could host.
 - The COO has also released a new 'Multi Subgroup Ladder System'. It pretty much means that anyone in the EH can create a ladder using this service. Details and the system itself can be found at:http://ladders.minos.net.
 - The long unflyable XvT-DB 11 has now been fixed! If you wish to fly it, you should be able to download it from the Mission Compendium, although it was mentioned in the TC news post on Tuesday that it may only be up for the day. If you want it without having to take the chance that the version you d/l is old, email me a request to send it to you and I will forward the copy I downloaded on Tuesday. :)
 - Last piece of news for this week is that Ender requested Squadron Patches from sqds on Thursday, but he has ours, so we dont have to worry about it. :)

 - Not much happening this week in the Squadron overall, although Pred has done an outstanding job, once again putting us on the map for MP with a 32 game effort in XvT WoW LXIX. Well done Pred!
 - Round 1 of SSL has finished, as I said last week, however we are still waiting on results....I'll hopefully have some more info on how the Squadron fared early next week, or in my next report at the very least! Round 2 is on now, fly fly fly! Missions for this round are: XvT-Free 159 and XWA-Free 109. Files are due to me by midnight US-EST on April 1st....and no April fools jokes! :P
