Greetings Pilots of Crusader!
Your days of wandering the galaxy bereft of leadership are at an end. I have been chosen by VA

Pelleaeon and COL Yoda to end your lack of direction and bring you back into the fold as productive

members of Our Master's military.

I have a number of concepts, and ideas that some of you may find quite interesting, if you are willing to

cooperate and give it a try, and I feel we are capable of becoming one of the foremost elite squadrons in

the Emperors Hammer Tie Corps. But before we can do this, we need to demonstrate first some basic

activity. Second, we need to communicate. And I have some special solutions to that end which I think

will serve us nicely.

As one of my first orders of business, I plan to restructure our flights so as to group our pilots by

timezone. Obviously we are not all in one timezone, however, there are some of us whom are closer

than others in this respect, so we will be grouped accordingly, in order to facilitate greater efficiency

and team cohesion. Ideally this said, rather than having one member of a flight online while the others on

the opposite side of the globe sleep, all members in the flight will be able to be present, online, within the

same timeframe.

Secondly, I will be creating a new squadron website for us to use for distribution of news, information,

etc. I also forsee this website including some automated features to help make all of our jobs easier,

such as online status reporting, battle submission, etc. But this will take time. I will keep you updated as

more information becomes available. Those of you who are interested in taking part in the development

process, please email me.

Let me tell you a little about myself.

I am 23, and live near Cleveland Ohio. Presently my official job is that of a Security Officer for Securitas,

and contracted out to Delphi Packard Electric ( a former subsidiary of General Motors, specializing in

automotive wiring and connectors).

Outside of that I am a web programmer specializing in HTML/PHP/MySQL driven applications. I have been

running (if you want ot call it that) my own IT Services Firm (Website design/Hosting, Networking, etc)

since Dec 2001, however, for the last year this has been a lower priority for me due to economic

issues.

In the past few years, I've had the distinct honor of doing programming work for the US Army's Army

Game Project ( www.americasarmy.com ) as well as a number of other associated projects. Presently I

also own and operate an online gaming community for Military Personnell called Operation Enduring

Freedom ( http://www.openduringfreedom.us ) and a number of other subsidiary sites.
I have been enlisted in the Emperors Hammer for a little over 3 years, however a large portion of that

was spent in the Reserve component. I have been the recipient of the Order of the Vanguard 3rd

Echelon Medal while serving on the Vanguard prior to my reserve time.

Thats all i can think of right now to really tell you about myself. I am willing to answer any questions you

might have concerning my background if you so desire so drop me an email.

Back to School Comp ended this week! Winner was Myself (CM Hex Ra Kun) and Runner up was LC

Pop Quiz #1 ended with 12 participants. Medals have been requested.
