Welcome to the 38^th Cobra Squadron Report.  Well to start off I am glad to have graded 2 candidates for the IWATS: (TM) TIE Mission Design course. MAJ Malidir and LT Mauler Mithel were the 2 newest graduates, congratz! I apologize to all of you for not being pro-active this past week. I have been very busy with work in helping getting my ship ready for this new Typhoon coming our way. So needless to say that it has taken most of my time this week. This is do to change now, that all preparations are done. Thanks for all you support during this period.

No promotions, medals or IWATS to report on this week. I glad I got to process some pilot files this week, thanks to CM Kakihara for submitting them and giving me something to do. If any of you have any more for me please by all means send them along and they will get done in the order sent. I would also like to congratulate a new member we received this week. SL Nom Anor, however, we may be losing him since he supposedly requested to go elsewhere in the fleet. Well atleast we got the opportunity to have him first before he leaves us. But before you go SL Nom Anor, I would like to remind you that we can get you a quick promotion to LT by you submitting a pilot file from an approved TC battle to me. But the choice is yours, my comrade.

One thing to note for all is that we are less than a week away from the end of the month and you all know what that means, yup it's MSE time. They will go out either on time or one day earlier. So if you'd like to have any new shiny thingies then I suggest you get hot and do some work.

Finally, now I may have some time to work on my Mission Creation wars, so I'll be busy working on this. If anyone needs me please use email. This is the fastest way to make contact with me right now, so I have minimum distractions. Thanks.

FCHG Stuff: CM Kakihara is the new leader so far this month in doing flying, followed right behind by me and LT Mjolnir.

  • Doing some website coding, I'm looking to add new features for the admin side

  • Created a new BOP-FREE battle (Called: "Cool Hand" Luke) release date: 2004.07.27

Activity to do: I would like everyone to try and at least do one of the following every week. Fly one FREE mission or battle a week, write a small piece of fiction, add a new reply to the current squadron run-on or something for the squadron message board, create a new FREE mission or new battle for the compendium, last of all I want at the least is a report from you saying I'm alive, well and kicking.

Now its time to talk about a subject you hate....Don't give me that look, hey you stop whining!  We're talking about activity!  Now I'm doing my best to do stuff ok so don't give me "oh not even our XO is doing hardy any activity why should we?"!  Now maybe you guys forgot but Apophis is a system lord if you don't do as he says he'll use his hand device!!!!!!  He even threw me in jail and forced me to do IWATS tests!!!!! (lol just joking with ya pops) So please guys do some activity!

Rewards: As all things come to an end, such as rewards for work accomplished. There were no medals posted this week, with none pending save the MSE ones, which I'm not sure if they were awarded or not, hopefully they will come soon. Just remember I will gladly get you a medal or promotion if you put forth the effort. I promise you I will if its within my power to get you these things. All you need to do is show me that your ready for it. Nuff said.
