Welcome to the 36^th Cobra Squadron Report.  How is everyone this week? Anyone? Hey well atleast we got a stint of activity going, the Squadron XO: CM Hunterwolf actually did something and got credited with a score of 100% good job! According to his Flight report he's committed to doing more so we'll see how far it lasts :). I'm glad to see that there some good activity going on. Personally this past week I've flown three FREE missions, got a silver star from working with the TAC office, logging in once a day to check the IWATS if anyone has taken my course (TM) TIE Mission Design as well as getting on IRC and MSN and keeping up with email activity.

Email activity is one more thing I would like to see get better. This is the one thing that will ensure at least the minimum requirement by the standing orders of the squadron and the fleet. Remember that your supposed to check and respond to your email at least 2x a month and to not do that is failing to do the minimum requirement as set forth in the fleet standing orders. This can result in your being sent to the RSV's. I know I harp on activity, but that's what we are here to do and that's be an active squadron for Wing XIV. Not a bunch of bums. So get off your duffs and give me something to report on.

Cobra has seen our last SL finally get promoted to LT. Congratz to SL Jadesprite for being that promotee. August activity seems to be picking up but its still slow in coming . But rest assured, email is the absolute best way to contact me, above all and especially today.

I would also like to encourage those that wish to try, and that's to have you guys create more missions or battles for the fleet. If you need some help or want to learn how to get started, please drop me a line and I'll help you get started.

FCHG Stuff: MAJ Apophis Kuma is the leader so far this month in doing flying, I have flown a total of four FREE missions :)

  • Created a new BOP-FREE battle (Called: "Cool Hand" Luke) release date: 2004.07.27

Activity to do: I would like everyone to try and at least do one of the following every week. Fly one FREE mission or battle a week, write a small piece of fiction, add a new reply to the current squadron run-on or something for the squadron message board, create a new FREE mission or new battle for the compendium, last of all I want at the least is a report from you saying I'm alive, well and kicking.

Rewards: As all things come to an end, such as rewards for work accomplished. There were no medals posted this week, with none pending save the MSE ones, which I'm not sure if they were awarded or not, hopefully they will come soon. Just remember I will gladly get you a medal or promotion if you put forth the effort. I promise you I will if its within my power to get you these things. All you need to do is show me that your ready for it. Nuff said.
