SQUADRON NEWS:

Welcome to the 27th Cobra Squadron Report. Okay my weekend was shot, and everyone reported in, but no one did anything :P oh well I guess it's good enough that everyone reported. Well I am working on getting my desktop set up so I can at least start flying again. In the mean time I'm working on drafting up 2 new comps, but they will have to wait to be submitted partially because we have no TO and secondly the assistant TO has a 47 page backlog of comps to approve. But in short they will be sent in soon as I can.

They will be a) Fiction comp b) Squadron motto/nick name comp. Hopefully by the end of the week I will be able to fly, so the rest of you best get to practicing, cuz once I'm up and running there will be other comps for weekly flying, so you best be ready to try and beat me :) So fa no one has shown any interest in flying or anything, but this will soon be fixed (me hopes).

Some medals were issued this past week, but all of them were previously earned medals, so not much to report on there. One IWATS, hopefully more soon. I will also try and up date the TC database with my past reports, but I got to get my other computer up and running in order to transfer all my data to the database. I recently purchased a wireless router for my house so I can use any computer to access the internet, this should be setup within a couple of weeks, so until then I'm stuck with my laptop and a wired ADSL modem. BTW, if anyone needs an updated uniform, please contact me and I will help you make one. I understand that with the previous downfall of the old TC database alot of people lost their stuff and I'm willing to help you all out if you need it. So let me know. Have a good day!

Again I would like to stress about recruiting, we must try a little harder to get new members, maybe we could persuade the FO to send us a new recruit, then again maybe not, its apparent that our recruiting skills are not the best and or we're just having dumb luck, but still please try, we need all the people we can get. If any of you have time, try looking thru the RSV ship phoenix roster and see if there are any prior Cobra members, then mail them and see if they would like to come back and join the fun.

Remember you slithering snakes, Go RECRUIT. nuff said!

Thinking up some good things to do :)
Activity to do: I would like everyone to try and at least do one of the following every week. Fly one FREE mission or battle a week, write a small piece of fiction, add a new reply to the current squadron run-on or something for the squadron message board, create a new FREE mission or new battle for the compendium, last of all I want at the least is a report from you saying I'm alive, well and kicking.

Here we are in another great report by...man I don't know about u guys but its freaking humid here. Luckly we are in space! Turn that ships heat alllll the way down and lets cool off! *2 Hours later* t-t-turn that h-h-heat up-p-p man *2 hours later* I swear if I get any hoter my fur will catch fire...hey whats that smell? AAAAHHHH IM ON FIRE!
Lol, we its been a boring week, its kind of funny though it seems when I stopped flying battles everyone else did....strage. Maybe I'm the heart of this squadron or its just a stupid conwikidink. SO GO FLY or I'll or I'll um....I'LL DO NOTHING HA! Cya next report!

Rewards: As all things come to an end, such as rewards for work accomplished. There were no medals posted this week, with none pending save the MSE ones, which I'm not sure if they were awarded or not, hopefully they will come soon. Just remember I will gladly get you a medal or promotion if you put forth the effort. I promise you I will if its within my power to get you these things. All you need to do is show me that your ready for it. Nuff said.
