I'm back again! Yay....for a week or so anyway. Lots to get through this report, good and bad, and seeing this is a late report, I'd say it's time to get into it. Dont you think?

General News;

 - In case you hadn't noticed last week, the TC site is back up! Check out http://www.ehtiecorps.org/news.asp. The various offices are slowly catching up on everything..keep an eye out in CS reports and flag reports for more details.
 - XWA WoW May was on last week and finished with EH finishing 7th Overall. We only had 6 pilots, but congratulations to Damarcus on 1st in the ASF/EH and his 12 wins.
 - Last weekend Mike posted some news in regards to submitting to him a list of what battles and free missions that need to be added to your profile to bring you up to date due to the database crash. We dont have to worry about this now, as our great WC Gidda has submitted lists for us, based on MSE's! Thanks Gidda...someone buy him a drink! :)
 - There's been lots of flag changes of late, and the first was the stepping down of VA Davi Anthol, the ATF BGCOM. He has since been replaced by former ISD Subjugator COM, VA TK2107. Congrats!
 - If any of you are hankering for some Bounty Hunter action, the TAC Office has fixed TIE-BHG Battle #3. Go test it out for FCHG points. ;)
 - After the upward movement of TK2107 to ATF BGCOM, a new ISD Subjugator COM has been chosen. Congratulations to RA TK-7764 on his new appointment.
 - SCO, FA Ender mBind has also reminded us that the EHSP patch for XvT/XWA etc does backup old files. So if your having problems with your patches and/or EHSP, try restoring from the backup folder and starting over. Of course, if your having problems with anything custom mission/EHBL/custom patch, you've always got the option of contacting your CMDR, the flags and other 'vets' like Sav and Dax who have used EHBL a lot and have usually encountered the problems you have.

 - Firstly, it's great to see so much activity from our newest member, GN Dax Corrin, so soon after coming into the squadron. Keep up the good work Daxxy, glad to have another active pilot around to help us in the SSL XvT and XWA Finals! ;)
 - On June 4th, SSL Round 6 concluded....and we had a great turnout. As I said last week, the main concern for the finals was remaining in 3rd in the XvT division and I dont think we'll have too much trouble with that! From what info I've got, we had files from myself, Sav, Dax and Predator (who is flying for us for finals) for XWA and with our existing 15k lead on 4th placed Thunder, we should stay in 3rd and preserve our advantage of being in the top 3. We also had files from SavageAz, Dax, Cutter, Predator, 4patas and myself for the XvT division. So going on that, I think we'll hold 3rd place and our advantage for the XvT finals also. Great job everyone! Remain limber and prepared for the finals guys, we will be flying full blown battles during the playoff finals! Keep an eye on the boards for the Round 6 stats once they are sent out and for the first round playoff battles!
 - Krayt also finished the 'Beat the COM' Competition very well, with 4patas and myself being joint winners with LC Justin (Viper), Pred winning 2 of the 3 rounds and Sav also winning in the 3rd round. So Krayt ended up with 2x IS-SW's and 9x IS-BW's from our short little COM through his comp! Good to see Krayt showing domination in yet another Wing Comp! ;)
 - On the subject of the Wing, as it is now June 10th, and no comp has been made for a Squadron to try and take our WC's Own title from us, I'm assuming we remain WC's Own for June also. This means Krayt has been WC's Own for 11 months, almost a year consecutively, forgiving December. Being June 10th also highlights another achievement, this time a personal achievement of mine. On June 5th I celebrated (well....the actual party is pending ;)) my 1yr Anniversary as Krayt Squadron CMDR! Yay me! Which leads me onto my final bit of news for this report....
 - Unfortunately, my 1yr Anniversary as CMDR also brings about another event...something that I really dont want to do, but circumstances require. I hereby announce my retirement as Krayt Squadron CMDR. It's been a long, exciting and choc full o' fun ride with you guys, and the others who have come and gone, during my 1yr tenure as CMDR of this fine squadron. Among my highlights as CMDR are of course, our numerous wing/squad competition wins, our long standing streak (11mths) as WC's Own, our 3rd place in Supremacy Comp VI and our extremely successful campaign in this years Sovereign Squadron League competition.
    I'd like to thank each and every one of the numerous Krayt members who have been and gone, and those who remain, for their support, activity and in many cases, dedication to helping the squadron achieve it's goals and prove to the ASF and entire TC that Krayt is a Squadron not to be taken lightly. From the moment I put on the CMDR star, I wanted to not only make Krayt the best squadron on the Intrepid, but also create an atmosphere within the squad that we were not all just squadmates, but friends. I believe that with the help of the members that Krayt Squadron has counted in it's ranks, we achieved this and I'm happy to be able to pass this atmosphere on to the new CMDR. As outgoing CMDR, my recommendation for the CMDR was considered and as such, in agreeance with Gidda, Frodo, Khad and Cyric, I announce and congratulate the newest Krayt Squadron CMDR....Captain SavageAz! Congrats Sav, and I hope the squadron all get behind Sav and help him lead Krayt into the SSL Finals and onto many more memorable wins and achievements.
    Now, after I've almost made that sound like a complete retirement speech, let me assure you guys, that I'm not leaving for good. Nor am I going to the RSV's. I will remain as Krayt 1-2, beside fellow old fart CMDR, Dax Corrin, and as the squadron's webmaster. At least until I can teach Sav how to do more than just update the news page. :P I will be on leave for quite a bit of the next month or two, however I will be flying for Krayt in the SSL finals and keeping in touch where I can. Good luck as CMDR Sav, I'll be right here when you need me, as will the rest of the squadron and I look forward to continuing to enjoy the squadron's close knit atmosphere, as a Flight Member!
