Krayt Squadron - Weekly Squadron Report
Aboard the ASF Flagship -- ISD-II Intrepid

Wooo.....my reports have reached the milestone of the BIG 4-0! And what a great week to celebrate my 40th report!! Plenty to be happy about as CMDR this week, with SC VI almost finished, Krayt sits poised to finish 3rd overall, 1st in the Wing, and have 2 pilots in the top 5!!! We've also had an old member return to active duty, a great level of activity spread over more pilots, and the weekend is upon us!!! Read on and you can read all about it. :)

General News;

 - FO Cyric is on leave for this week, returning on the 28th. If there is anything urgent, VA Reaper will be around to look after all he can, so contact him.
 - Another new IWATS is out now, that wasn't placed on the TC News page. The Internet Basics (IBX) IWATS is available for completion now, and I've completed it...it isn't really that hard. So go complete it @ http://to.minos.net/ibx/.
 - The TAC Office released a few more battles last weekend! Available to fly now are: XWA TC 37 (although it's bugged), XvT TC 87 (made by a former Krayt - RA Phantom!), BoP TC 22, TIE TC 218, XvT Free 158.
 - SCO, FA Ender mBind is after some 2D images created completely by yourself for use on the menu's etc of the SCO's latest project, Imperial Alliance. If you think you can help.....email him and let him know.
 - SA Astatine is after more submissions for upcoming Newsletters. If you have some GFX/fiction etc, send it to Ast, and dont forget to CC me with it!
 - There is also a new nifty, and much more user friendly citation tracking system available to us. Check out the 'Squadron Battle Boards', created by CM Gyssler, at http://www.gysnet.com/.

 - First and foremost, I want everyone to welcome back to the fold.....CPT SavageAz!!! For those of you who dont know who Sav is, he was the former Krayt 3-1, widely known for his serious addiction to SP. ;) He had to go to RSV's a few months ago due to work commitments, but now he's settled in somewhat and is back to play with a Flight 3 TIE Defender! Welcome back Azza, and if you see him, make sure you tell him so, and maybe buy him a drink at the bar later on in the day. ;)
 - For those of you who haven't looked at the roster lately, Sav's return puts us at a full 12 member roster!!!! Yay! Although it wont last for long, we can all bask in the fact that the squadron has been full for about a week heh. :)
 - Well, it seems my last few weeks ranting has paid off this week!!! In addition to Pred and myself flying, I also received files from Sly (again), LT Crush, LCM Cutter and CPT SavageAz. Good to see my calls were heeded...as you've all played a part in getting Krayt to it's current score of 2948 points! With this score we go into the last few days of the comp with an all but confirmed (I hope!) 3rd Overall placing. We are also way ahead in the Wing in 1st place, with a buffer of about 1000-1500+ points last I saw.
 - Due to Predator doing nothing but fly this week (I think he has an IV drip :P), Krayt now has two members in the '1000 club'. Predator broke 1000 pts earlier this week, and at last count sits on 1331 points, trailing me by only 65 points. This is compared to a lead of approximately 300pts I held on him at the beginning of the week! Well done Pred...it's almost over!! :)
 - Understandibly, Pred is way out ahead in Round 2 of the Krayt SC VI FCHG Competition. So unless someone wants to fly about 300 missions over the weekend, I can pretty safely say Pred will have another IS-BW in his hot little hands soon enuff! I dont want to count anyone out just yet though...*cheeky grin*.
