Weekly Squadron Sarcasm

This is LC Vladet Xavier reporting in for Crusader Squadron on July 2nd, 2004

From the Commander's Office

Yesterday the Monthly Squadron Evaluation was sent to the Flags. A tad more activity on there than last week, so all is good. Little more couldn't hurt, but *shrug*

Right after I send out this report, Vance is going bye-bye. Yep. Don't let this happen to you.

Don't forget to check in once a fortnight. If you can't write a simple three sentence e-mail saying that you haven't died on me, then you really don't belong in the club, much less think you can get a higher position and/or rank. Really.

Check out the Squadron Website for updated news, and stupid little things here and there that are somewhat funny and hilarious. Do it. Now. Yeah, just click the link. Shut up and do it.

Wolfpack News

I'm surprised that no one submitted an entry for last week's competition. I didn't think it was that hard, but I guess maybe it was. Guess I'll just have to repeat it until someone gets it.

The GWSOoM are in the SSL Finals. Gettin' 'er done!

Our ship website, ISD Grey Wolf.net, contains updated news and history of the Grey Wolf. Check it out.

Fleet News

The Internet Officer, Robert Dura, has resigned.

Drako, the Training Officer, is looking for a TOA.

Yeah.

Promotions/Medals/Awards

Various medals and an IWATS were re-awarded.

Commander's Forum

Here it is (again)! Enjoy your 4th of July weekend.

Imperial-class Star Destroyers are the symbol of Imperial might in space. The Imperial Navy's largest standard starship strikes terror in all pirates and Rebels when it enters a system. Bristling with over forty turbolaser batteries, and able to hold five squadrons of TIE starfighters, taking out an Imperial Star Destroyer is no easy task!

Captain Needa was the commanding officer of the ISD Avenger during the Battle of Hoth, in which the Star Destroyer was in constant pursuit of the Millenium Falcon, the personal freighter of Han Solo. Needa was executed by Lord Darth Vader for "incompetence" by letting the Falcon get away. His cousin, a Lieutenant in the Imperial Navy, is in charge of an Orbital Solar Mirror above the planet Coruscant. What is the designation of this station, and how was it influential in the Battle of Coruscant?

In service of the Emperor's Hammer!
