Greetings Praetorians

This is report #5 dating 23.05.2004.

News:

Biggest news this week is that the TIE Corps site and the database are up and running again. After one week downtime we are (almost) back in business again. However there is one big change to the previous site - the domain moved. The TC site can now be found at www.ehtiecorps.org . Please update your favorites accordingly. When I say almost back in business I mean with that, that an old backup of the database from mid January has to be used as basis now and all updates since then therefore have vanished. That means I am a FM and CM again on the Prae Roster, Ice the CMDR again, Shae is still in the squad and people like CC haven't joined yet :P But I already submitted a acurate roster to Mell so it can be forwarded to the FO who will make the necessary updates.

Related to that is my need for your database confirmation mails for Medals , BSFs , IWATS , etc.for the past 6 months. If you still have them please put them together on a list and send me them, so I can forward them to Mell and the other people who needs them to bring the database up to date again. I have heard there are separate logs generated still by the old database, but I don't know how complete they are. So if you can't send me any confirmation files, it might happen that you loose your complete effort for the past months. So I suggest you really look everywhere for those confirmation mails.

AD Turtle finally has found the time to update the election criterias and recruitment procedures on the Prae website. You can have a look at them there: http://praetorian.rawx.net/join.php so if you have someone new in mind whom you think worthy to join the squad who wasn't a Praetorian before already check this section first if he fullfills the criterias before reccing him or her to me.

With that update the Trial Prject is over and I will move on the the next project. Reintroducing the Praetorian ranks and merit system. The former PRae CMDR Loor send me a truck load of old Prae stuff for that and maybe after I work my way through it together with Malik we will be able to present a new system to you soon.

- Fly the missions for SSL Round VI !
- Fly additional citation battles if you have the time.

Activity:

I saw some SSL flying but nothing else in the flying department. The reason was probably the downed mission compendium. But it is up now and faster than ever so get flying again !

Competitions:

The last regular round in the SSL has started ! In XvT and XWA division it's save to say that we have reached the Playoffs. But nevertheless fly those missions we need to ensure that we keep our 1st place in both of those divisions.
In TIE we are 6th currently so there is a chance that we might miss the Playoffs there. So try to get your TIE running and start concentrating on that division as well. I don't want to say good bye to that division yet and even if we have to only after a good fight.

That concludes my report for this week. Since I have been demoted to the status of FM again due to the database roll back I can't load this report and my previous ones up to the TC site so far. Also the squad info concerning website and and MB is outdated - I will take care of that as soon as I have my CMDR status back there.
