Well guys, this time I’ll go right to the subject and try to make this report short so you all read it! There are important things in here so I want EVERYONE to read it!

COMMANDER’S OFFICE
SC started last Sunday and so far we’re doing just fineJ
I won’t give other squadron or ship scores because all scores change every minute and are unofficial.
All I can say is Grey Wolf is leading!:P
This is great, but we have to make sure things don’t change!
Tartarus is also doing fine. As far as I know we’re #3 squadron aboard GW. Vortex and Odin are leading!
Now, let’s return to our internall business:P
Since I said Tartarus is doing fine you probably think I am happy. Well I’m not! I’m very pleased with the pilots who were active and very upset with those who didn’t even report in.
There is no need for me to remind you we’re 12 pilots here! And I want Tartarus to be #1!
Untill now only Woobee, Thorn, and Maiko reported in .( Thank you all 3, you’re doing a great job!)
I also know Les is flying and Ardan and Reelo are trying to make their games work with EHBL.(I really apreciate your effort, knowing you both have health problems…take care:P)
What about the rest of you???
I am not complaining,but you really make my life a living hell:P
I am going to work everyday,I fly everyday,I take care of your bsf’s everyday,I am on irc everyday, I update the squadron scores everyday and I send you new orders everyday! What else do you ask from me?? I can’t win this competition alone!

Also, a thing i didn't mention in the orders above was MP. I want all those of you who can fly MP to do it along with SP. BlackMule,Wes, Woobee, Thorny...i know you can be of very much help:P

Squadron priorities

  1. All pilots are to report in at least twice a week!
  2. If any of you keeps having problems with either EHBL or one of the game platforms, report in and let us help you solve these problems !
  3. Last but not least, even if I’ll have to repeat myself, I must tell you again that ACTIVITY is the word you should have in mind . And that means plenty of it! Quantity!….see my other e-mails.
  4. Even though I told you to fly certain battles, I don’t want you to get stuck with those. If something doesn’t work as it should, move forward! I don’t think I have to remind you there are also plenty of free missions to fly. Some of them can be done in less than one minute!
  5. The rules for SC were finally decided. I will remind you how points are awarded:
    SP
    1 mission = 2 points
    MP
    LoC= 5 points
    Loss = 2 points (but you need to report me all losses)
    Citations
    1 new citation = 15 points for the squadron
    Fiction
    Up to 10 points
    Graphics
    Up to 8 points
    Trivia questions
    5 points for at least 10 SW related questions with answers
    IWATS
    4 points for each course completed
    8 points for each created course
    INPR
    10 points for INPR completion in full after start of SC

DON’T GIVE UP!

If you think you are a wreck or think no one’s as good as you
If things sometimes don’t work out like planed, don’t get mad,

LAST THOUGHTS
I am expecting you guys to keep me really busy.
“Unfortunatelly” I still have a job and will even have a lot of work to do next month. However, I will try to get there as early in the morning as possible ad take care of the squadron stuff first thing in the morning and then I’ll try to be on irc all day as ussual.
So, once again, please report at least twice a week (you are allowed to flood my inbox daily, I wouldn’t mind:P) and try to reach me on irc if you have any problems.
From now on it is only up to you!
I would also apreciate if every one of you would try and keep his own score, just to check me out…I don’t wanna miss anything or make any mistakes.
Also guys, please make sure you report in to me all your participations in MP even when you lose.
I will not admit failure this time so I ask the best from each of you.
I know you don’t like me orderring you around and yelling at you and I apologise if this will happen during next month. Believe me guys, it’s not really that easy to run a full squadron, especially when the 11 pilots are such special men like you:)
